Also, the showroom has a wide variety of cars that will meet specific needs and wants of everyoneWill definitely be coming back to purchase a second vehicle in the following years.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️Go to a reputable dealership, stay away from this business!I visited Autorama after finding a Honda Civic on their website for a very low price. Before I went in, I read the negative reviews posted here. I thought those people were bitter, so I ignored it. As it turns out, all of them were correct. After I visited the showroom and spoke with a salesman, this is what I found:1. The Honda Civic looked great in store, but they wouldn't let me test drive it. How could they? All of their cars are parked inside of the building, so they have to move every vehicle out of the way. Read all of the reviews that complain about the car failing apart driving it off the lot. There's a reason they don't want you to try the vehicle. Never buy a vehicle without test driving it.2. Their prices are low because you are forced to buy a worthless People's Choice warranty. I refused to do this as this is money I don't have, and it would simply bring up the price to a used Honda Civic from a Honda dealership, which I know is more reputable. Autorama then refused to sell me the vehicle after I denied the warranty. After some research, I found that the warranty company is notoriously difficult to deal with, and they will fight tooth-and-nail to refuse your claims. This is not the company you want to speak to after you buy a car with a defective engine and numerous other problems.2. I was pressured to put down a $500 refundable deposit to reserve the Honda Civic because I was told that someone else was interested and they might buy it before me. I later found out the car was sitting in the showroom for 2 months. After I refused to buy the car, they were very reluctant to give me my money back. I called the store and they said I had to come in to pick up the deposit. When I went back, the woman made me wait for 30 minutes while she chatted away with her colleagues. After 30 minutes and a nasty attitude, I received my $500 cheque.The salesmen here will take advantage of new immigrants who have a language barrier and have not been informed of the full details of their purchase. I am looking to file a complaint with OMVIC for Autorama's deceptive business practices. If you have purchased a vehicle here and feel the same way, you should file a complaint with OMVIC too.

I loved the experience from Michael such an amazing guy!!!. Prefer this dealer for new immigrants to get a new ride in ontario. Staff are courteous and willing to help and answer our queries.Thanks Autorama and specially Michael
