Dr St Pierre goes above and beyond to make sure you’re informed about procedures and testing. During my most recent appointment, she spent quite a bit of time with me explaining causes and effects of high eye pressures; every appointment I have I always leave with confidence about what’s going on. She takes her time, which I truly appreciate.

My family and I had travelled from the resort port of Erieau, on the north shores of Lake Erie, based on the recommendation of some phenomenal folks whom vacation there.I was born with an eye condition that has me seeing eye doctors more than most; and with saying this, I have also moved around quite a bit in my lifetime.I can honestly say that I have not had a better experience or more thorough exam. The Doctor there was exceptional, armed with the latest diagnostic equipment, where she took seemingly 3D pictures of my eyes, then took the time to explain the details of what those pictures showed. She then took me through a series of diagnostic tests, that some were familiar and others that surprised me. Finding a prescription here was unexpected also; never have I been put through such rigorous tests to pinpoint the most accurate eyeglass prescription I have ever had.You’d think that my story was done. Far from it. While waiting for my eyes to dilate, I was in good company; the staff and even the young family there were friendly and inclusive; I felt right at home.The eyeglass specialist, Crystal, was phenomenal! She had all the answers and helped me find the perfect pair from their extensive and up-to-date inventory, including some sunglasses. She was a true professional.I really cannot say enough....

I had broke my glasses and desperately needed new pair. I was not previously been client of Petrolia Optometry yet they took me in that afternoon and got new ones ordered. They had a great selection of frames and gave me suggestions for configurations of my lenses. Glasses arrived in good time and fit perfectly. Ordered a second pair for driving and received a great discount. Very pleased with the service and people. Highly recommend!

The staff at this optometrist are phenomenal. They are helpful, kind, and gracious in every way. I've been going there for two years and constantly get comments on my glasses from them. This past month was my best experience. The team helped me find the cutest glasses and great sunglasses. The price was great and the styles are fantastic! When I forgot to pick them up before year end for insurance, they went above and beyond over the holidays to get me the total owing and help me pay before year end! This saved money out of my pocket and I'm so grateful for this kind and caring team! This is the place to go for great service and stylish, affordable glasses!

The whole experience and all my interactions with Dr. St. Pierre's team were very positive. I found everyone to be friendly and professional. I will certainly be recommending Dr. St. Pierre to others. I drove over an hour for this appointment and it was definitely worth it as you don't get this level of service elsewhere.
