Customer service is terrible at this location. I booked an appointment and 20 min later they started calling me making up excuses as why they cant accommodate me.On multiple times they made up all kinds of excuses.First time: “”oooohhhh double booked appointment sorry we have to cancel”Second time: “ sorry we cant locate your files”Third time: “ the agent that was scheduled for the appointment had an emergency”Its really disappointing to get this kind of treatment, specially that i have a personal, business account, investment etc....I absolutely do not recommend this bank at All

Instead of making your life easier, all TD does is give you the extra chore of monitoring the money flowing out of your checking account. They will hit you with hidden monthly fees that come out of nowhere. The tellers don't inform you of everything necessary and then after $100 is charged to your account by TD, they will explain that it was their fault but they can't give you the money back??? This bank just wastes your time. Anywhere else would certainly be a better choice.

Terrible customer service . Recently was there and being serviced by a teller when a another banking assistant ( Louise ) approached the teller that was helping me and proceed to question a transaction she had done . She then abruptly told her “ that’s not happening “ and walked away . Not only was she rude to her co-worker but didn’t even have the decently to excuse herself to us for her rude interruption . Hard to believe this Person works with the public !

Just moved here, teller was very rude. Didn't escalated to management. She was asking very un-usual questions. I was transferring funds form US- Canada, her 1st question, where did this money came from, ( I am submitting a check you can see), what are you going to do with this money ( its non of your business). I am seeing a lot of money in your account. ( you must joking.. WHO THE ... ARE YOU..!).

I mentioned to the security personnel that there should be tape on the sidewalk to separate customers properly during this physical distancing time since I noticed that some of the customers in line were not 6 ft apart. She then said, they are? I don't see that." She is looking at 3 people outside the window. There was a line up around the corner. Even so.... this is how you handle a customer concern...."Oh

9/10 times all the ATM here will be out of service and at night they lock the doors so you can't even use it in branch . This location sucked .
