Charged me $30 for shellac on my natural nails. Absolute robbery. Moon was very nice.

Last minute nail adventure with my sister in law. Glad we choose Loving Nails. I've never been so happier over the colour, consideration and shape. Large array of selection and my nail tech kept asking if they were okay. Open to last minute suggestions.My sister in law was happy with the green colour and matte coat they had. Shape wasn't well done, more square than coffin. Still nice length.**worked with a severely broken nail and can't tell there was damage

Last Wednesday I want to get new nails I got the worst nails it not not even one week and nails started coming out I was too expensive nails but services was worst i gave 75$ but it was waste of money if you don’t know how to the work they why you working there even I was lady she was too rude to me I gave them pictures I was this type the said we can do but at last my nails were worst very worst place of nails

I took my daughters there today, it was their 1st experience at a nail salon. My baby girl turned 3 & we wanted to spoil her for the day. I was nervous since both my girls who are 3 & 4 haven’t really been out much due to Covid, but the ladies who worked there were absolutely amazing! I honestly cannot rave about them enough. So incredibly sweet & patient, helpful & kind. I will continue to go there from now on. And I would 1000% recommend them to anyone! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Was in recently for my pedicure , posting under my husband who also was there. I have been going to lovely nails for sometime and have been pleased with the shellac pedicures I have received. However, my last trip within the last month there was not a good experience, I went on a Saturday didn’t recognize some of the staff as I usually go during the week. I had my pedicure but didn’t feel overly assured of the girl doing the pedicure knew what to do. I now have the Shellac peeling off a couple of my toes. This has never happened before. They usually have to remove the shellac off my toes to do the next pedicure. Have never had it peeling off.I called to explain what happened and the pedicure is fairly new, which is why I pay extra for the Shellac, to see if their using new product or a cheaper product and was told thanks for letting us know, no plan to fix it nothing. I find this a little unprofessional. I am a repeat customer but now will have to decide whether to take my business elsewhere, as they don’t seem concerned about the problem.

The owner Laurin is very nice and I have been here for 3 years. My advice is to book in advance. They are very nice and caring for their customer. I 100% recommend to try this place. Support the small business.

Absolutely in love with my nails and the colour of my toes. The level of care that went into making sure my nails were done well was amazing. Will definitely be going back in the future.
