Had multiple negative wire transfer experiences. While I understand this is beyond the branch. The cherry on the icing was a so-called manager" by the name of Akshaan. He gets 5 starts for managing to turn a negative experience into a living Hell. He made up lies and was beyond disrespectful. Stay away!"

Came in to exchange for coins from the tips at my work and was helped by AJ and had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had a bank, very friendly and enthusiastic and overall had a great experience at this bank. Although the manager did tell him to speed things up I felt as though he was doing a more than exceptional job.

Worst bank I've been to in my life.First, she went up to everyone else saying my name and came to me last.. wishful thinking much, lady?The best part? She tells me you need a driver's license or passport to open and account-- which I later find out is totally illegal, which makes sense as plenty of people don't have either.I'm glad though because it saves me from doing business with a bank that illegally discriminates against people.

Came into the bank today to deposit business draft cheque. And they tell me it must be held.Very sad that I’ve been banking here for 5 years and they put a untrained person on the cash. And refuse to understand the cheque can’t be held.I’m gonna be taking my millions dollars a year account somewhere else.Very poor service. Especially when everyone at the branch knows who I am.What a shame

Unreliable stock trading platform. Trading platform will have blackouts and lock you out from trading. Previous trades may or may not go through in the meantime and you lose control of your money/trades.Way better options out there for better prices, better customer service, and reliable platforms.In house staff has been hit or miss. CSR lost several documents for months which should have been a job taken care of within a few hours.

TD has the worst travel insurance ever. They charge you the premium immediately before travel and then give you the worst service, communication and compensation ever. Do not go with TD for travel insurance. It is now 5 months since I submitted my claims and they keep sending me spam emails and have not refunded me yet for my claims.

The people working here are cordial and all, bit so slow.There was literally a line with 15 people and only 2 guess working, and other 3 walking around doing other stuff instead of taking in the clients. It took them a full hour to finish with one client.

Waited 25 minutes for an appointment that I had already booked. I left without being seen, and the first time I've ever considered changing bank. The woman I'd booked with knew I'd be there at 5 plus I told some guy I was there and he said he'd get her. So why I had to wait indefinitely with no information was beyond me. They really tarnished 2 decades of good experience in 25 minutes. Incredible.

Don’t ever use this bank/branch for your mortgage. First time home buyers, gave all our information and met several times with our mortgage specialist. We were told they would make it work for us, and we got a pre approval and we’re told to go find a home. Two weeks later our mortgage was denied when we went to finalize. After consulting several mortgage brokers, we were informed our TD rep didn’t give us any accurate info and had no idea what they were doing when they gave us a “pre approval”. We were essentially lied to the entire time. HOME BUYERS BEWARE.
