Petit endroit mais tout est là et chaque fois j'ai eu un excellent service

Y'a toujours qqch de beau chez Bouclair. Rien de l'envergure ou du style comme celui du dix-30,

Staff is friendly and helpful but prices are VERY high.

Nothing to say against the staff. They’re nice and helpful but they need someone to take care of the cash register and put phone calls on hold instead of just leaving to go verify things or let customers argue with them. People can wait in line for minutes.Prices are high for materials but sales are good, though often the items are slightly damaged.I was there today to pick up a big order (3 boxes), nobody helped me to carry these to my vehicle, I used the dolly and managed to go in and out by the front door, I can do it but maybe a older person couldn’t..Also when I got home I realized that one of the bar stool I purchased did not have screws with it. (I bought 3 so that one was taken out and put in a separate box, the screws must be with the remaining one at the store). Manager found some and left them to my attention.Again people working there are nice but I believe everybody should have a specific task, manager should be solving issues, employee should help people in the store and one at the cash at all time.Great clean store though.

Je connais pas ce magasin mais j'ai été surpris suite a ma première visite..très bien et bon service

Le stationnement n’est pas évident quand tu dois venir chercher 4 chaises dans des grosses boites et que les filles en dedans se foutent complètement de t’aider quand tu leur en demande… oufff je n’y retournerai plus j’aime mieux aller plus loin que d’être mal servi comme ça !
