Had to wait outside for appointment.My feet are in good shape and they did a very poor job at exfoliating leaving lots of loose skin on heel. Not impressed. Manicure has hang nail edges with gel polish and polish on my skin. Very rushed and not a friendly environment. Will not be going back

Got my nails done a few days ago at Aivian and my experience was wonderful! The lady was very sweet and professional. Very skilled and did a fantastic job at shaping and painting my design! 10/10 would recommend! :)

I had my first ever pedicure at Aivia with Lock as my attendant; it was a wonderful, very positive, first experience! The environment is beautiful and professionally managed; the staff were all pleasant and helpful, and the service was reasonably priced! Excellent! I can’t say enough nice things about this place! Fantastic job on my nails, excellent service. They go above and beyond. It’s clean and lovely and their employees are friendly. By far the best place in Cranbrook.

My sister and I took our mom here for a last minute mother's day pedicure and although we made bookings, we did have to wait a few minutes to get in as the place was quite busy. The luxury pedicure was great though and we were pleased with the overall service and end results of our pedicures.

I don’t usually get my nails done as in the past my nails would come out pretty crooked, but when I say that I received the best acrylic nails in my life, I am not lying. The team is super friendly and clean and walking into the salon felt like walking into a high-end salon in the city. I highly recommend any of the workers at the salon. But my lady today Chelsea was absolutely amazing and I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you so much.

Long story short, I have been looking to find a nail salon in cranbrook that will offer the services of doing long nails, and I've had 0 luck until Aivia nails opened up. I came in last Sunday and got my nails done. And I'm beyond thrilled with how my nails turned out. Their all the same shape, length and everything I wished for. I will most definitely be back again as I'm beyond happy with the service I received. Fun, friendly and happy atmosphere, and very welcoming staff. 10/10 experience, and nails.

The best experience I’ve had at a nail salon to date. The techs were friendly and kind. I didn’t feel rushed, which was a first for me. The tech who did my nails had great ideas and was up to date on the latest trends. She was enjoyable to talk with and did a wonderful job. I went in for a pedicure but ended up getting a manicure as well because it was such a nice experience and I didn’t want to leave. The atmosphere is fresh and relaxing. The salon was very clean and organized. All around a very pleasant experience. I can’t wait to return. Thanks guys!
