5 stars for Jen in the salon. I’ve seen her for almost 2 years and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. She knows how to work with my hair type. She’s a great listener. I always leave happy.

This was such a peaceful experience! Michael made me feel welcome and like a valued customer. Lauren gave me a facial and was so knowledgeable and skilled at providing a relaxing experience! My face looks and feels great. I can't wait to go back :)

Received a gift certificate my partner last year and finally got around to using it. Enjoyed a hot stone massage that took a lot of my aches and pains away and left me feeling totally relaxed. A beautiful spa, with a skilled masseuse.

Went for an express spa package. Massage, facial and pedicure were overall good (pedicure could have been more thorough) but it says online 2.5 hours and it lasted just shy of 2 hours. This was disappointing considering I never get out to treat myself and this was very expensive. I won’t be returning.

Marc was great! Loved my cut and by far my fav highlights. Will definitely be back

The place has really gone down hill since covid. I went in for a spa package and didn't get everything done. Was supposed to have a hair wash and style at the end but they said no. The package was over$300.

I came in to have my wedding hair done with my mother. The owner did my hair, and I told him what I wanted and he tried to convince me into something else. He still didn’t really do what I wanted, and I didn’t feel like my hair was “me.” It was disappointing. I didn’t feel like continuing my interactions with him by asking for changes and just wanted to leave after I’d already had to push for what I wanted. (You know, didn’t want to worry about it and start my day off in a bad space so just let it slide.)Additionally, he was being very inappropriate towards a member of another bridal party while doing my hair and it was very uncomfortable for everyone in the salon.Expensive experience to not have what I wanted.

Marc did an amazing job on my hair. I made a last minute appointment so he had to move at a quicker pace but the quality of the cut was perfect. Exactly what I wanted and way better than I expected to get on such short notice. We did not get to style it but I did so when I got home and it looks great in different styles too. Thank you so so much for the wonderful hair cut!

When booking a massage, I was told I could get my money back if I cancelled over 24hours before appointment time. However, when I called back to cancel appointment (over a week before appointment date) I was informed that I could not get my money back and could only get an instore credit. Not at all pleased with this. Completely went back on their word.
