We had a 24' x 24' covered deck built in early spring. Work was completed in a professional, timely manner and we are beyond ecstatic with the results! We would not hesitate to recommend or use Mer-Con Construction again.

Brady, Tanner, and the whole crew are excellent. They are fair and honest. I have used them for 4 major projects starting in 2019 and have a 5th one slated for 2022. Mer-Con is an excellent builder. They have done quite a few jobs for us. Some small and some large. Our last job was an addition with a deck and pergola. They are easy to work with. They listen to your ideas and offer suggestions if needed. They are hard working and they have an excellent work schedule. They will not disappoint.

We had Mer-Con out this year to install new windows for us. They were quick to come out and give us a quote and fit us in to install new windows. Brady was nothing but honest when it came to additional repairs that needed to be made. There was absolutely no hidden costs as they were upfront about pricing. We highly recommend Mer-Con and hope to have them out again in the future!

Initially Mer-Con was contracted to replace the floors in our dinning room and living room, along with removing a pellet stove and adding a high efficiency fire place. Prior to starting the project we had decided to add the kitchen last minute. Mer-Con walked us through the process with ease and were entirely understanding of the mass project scope change. The subcontractors they work with for flooring, tile, electrical and countertops were all very helpful and easy to work with. The quality of work Mer-Con delivers is exemplary. We have had zero issuss in the year since the work started. Our house definitely had its quirks but they worked through them easily. They show up, are reliable and happily answer any questions. We have recommended them to many family and friends and will definitely be using them when we redo the bathrooms, and eventually a full custom build.

I want to thank Tanner, Brady and MER-CON team for my recently completed full rebuild of my house after my house fire last year. I could not have made a better choice for a home builder/general contractor than MER-CON. They were very professional and easy to work with. They were efficient and well organized even through all shipping issues, material shortages, and inflation in this past year they were able to stay on budget and stick to their schedule. They were able to complete my full house, including the walkout basement and wrap around deck, in just 4.5 months. The attention to quality workmanship and efficiency does not end with them but extends to their sub contractors as well. They believe in the same goals as MER-CON. There is no other company I would recommend more and if I could rate them higher, I would.
