We eloped and we asked Heather to do a picnic for ourselves and daughter and she did not disappoint. She went above and beyond and put so much care into our picnic. She brought our autumn vibes to life and Made us feel so comfortable. The process was so easy and stream lined and we didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding afternoon. We will definitely use Heather again for our reception at a later date and can't say enough good things about her and her business!!

I rented a peacock chair from Orange Trunk for a baby shower. When my husband picked up the chair, Heather told him that it was damaged on one of the arms. There was so mention of this damage prior to pick-up, even though I booked March 1st for an event on June 4 so there was plenty of time. When I reached out to Heather expressing my disappointment regarding the damage and paying $94 for a damaged chair without any heads up, she said she had told my husband at pick-up about the damage and that her rate was industry standard for “vintage, well loved item with minor imperfections/damages”. When I sent an email back saying I felt there was a difference between normal wear and tear and actual visible damage and that it would have been nice to know about the damage prior to picking it up, she did not respond. It seems to me like unless you are a high paying client renting multiple items, you being happy with your rental isn’t a priority.

Heather was fantastic and her pieces are beautiful! We booked her during the pandemic and ended up postponing our wedding for one year. She was super flexible and easy to communicate with and answered all of my (many) questions and additional order requests promptly. I asked for a table to be added at the very last minute and she even took the time to fix the item so it would be in top condition for the wedding. We really appreciate all of the time and effort that Heather put into our wedding and cannot recommend her enough!

Heather is an absolute gem! She is wonderful and so easy to deal with. She and her husband even drove through a terrible snow storm to delivery for our event. All the products were perfect and beautiful!
