Having uncovered two fireplaces, we had Steve examine, clean and test them. Great service - on time, cleaned with no fuss/dirt, and provided really good advice for using the fireplaces for real fires and wood burners.

We contacted Steve at ProSweeps of Grappenhall, Warrington with a very unusual request to clean soot from an enclosed area in our cellar. This had accumulated over many decades and was only exposed when we took down a wall.He came within 24 hours to check if he could help clean it which he could and we made an appointment for the following week. He turned up on time, in fact slightly earlier which was great, and got to work straight away.Completely professional and a very personable young man who deserves all the top quality reviews he receives. We cannot fault his work and the efficiency he showed throughout. It is so unusual nowadays to find someone this good at his job and pleasant with it.
