Great online store and easy pickup/delivery options. The staff are really friendly and appreciate your business. Nice packaging when I picked it up too. Really nice stuff that is unique, can’t find that kind of stuff in the chain stores.

I had my diamond fall out of my engagement ring and brought it here to be fixed. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and it looked brand new when I picked it up. I can't stop looking at it! Jenna was wonderful to deal with and she exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this business.

I would never go back to this store. The arrogance of the staff is beyond belief. That is not worth fixing" is a disgusting thing to say to anyone who came to spend their money to have something that means something to them fixed. And btw

I brought some rings in to be fixed. One needed repairs to the claws.I wore them the next day and noticed the claws on this ring were catching on my clothes. One claw was sticking straight up.I took it back to the store and asked if they can fix. The claws were the reason this ring was brought in. They accused me of pulling the claw some how.I was told that he'd fix it because he needed money to fix his Porsha.Poor customer service and poor workmanship. 2 of 4 rings were returned with issues. These issues were not fixed and my attempt to have them fixed were met with rudeness and attitude I did not expect.The rings are still in need of repair.

They replaced my watch battery and showed me that I needed a new watch strap. I bought a fairly pricey one and the leather started to peel in two weeks. They then gave me another leather strap to replace that one which was good, but the new one has also now been destroyed in a few months. I have never had this happen to any watch strap before. I will go and get this one replaced elsewhere.

Worst experience I have ever had with a jeweler! In the end I bought what I wanted in NYC so I wouldn't have to deal with this store ever again. Will be sure to share this experience with family and friends. Rudeness is the the demeanor, not customer help. People wonder why we shop out of town, this store is one of the reasons why!!!
