High Park Villa

My Response to LEILANI DELA GUARDIAI am Ahna, the Operator of the High Park Villa. I, the staff and the other tenants are deeply saddened by the loss of a kind and caring human being, for whom we all had a great deal of affection.I politely ask you to cease making such derogatory claims and seek the help you need to make peace with this tragedy.I understand that the grieving process is very hard. However, the claims you are making are both false and unsubstantiated. I will do what I can to support you and your family during this time. Please make it possible for me and my staff to do so; we can only work with someone willing to be fair and work with us in good faith.

We have brilliant manager and very helpful staff here. It is said that here is the best boarding home in the city.

The manager in this facility named ANNA is an irresponsible and disrespectful person. When my daughter's dad passed away (my ex), my daughter called the office to ask about her dad's important belongings, this woman said they don't have any when she said at first she already have them. And she was yelling at my daughter knowing that we are grieving at that time. I hope the management will do something about her. She is so unprofessional !
