My mom and I came here and the food was really good, really large portions! My mom got the Mexican chicken and I got the salmon, we both enjoyed our food! However other waitresses paid more attention to our table than our own waitress.

Ordered the special, which was steak and shrimp. The steak tasted like it had been cooked in close proximity to sea food, but there weren't any shrimp on the plate ( or any seafood for that matter) We ordered a plate of nachos to start, but they never came. At least it didn't show up on the bill either..Service was decent for how busy it was, and the atmosphere was good, but the food wasn't.

We've been here a few times. The atmosphere is cool. Food is decent, the best things on menu seem to be burgers, fish and chips, and nachos. I'm only giving 3 stars because the service is so inconsistent. We've had great service with friendly staff but other times, like tonight was the opposite. The hostess was kinda rude, food took a while, nobody asked how our food was, dishes piled up on the table even though it wasn't busy. Not sure if we'd come back again.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Rum Run Runners, and I must say that the service was absolutely abysmal. From start to finish, it was clear that the staff had no regard for customer satisfaction or basic hospitality.First and foremost, the hostess greeted us with a dismissive attitude and seemed completely uninterested in assisting us. We were left standing at the entrance for what felt like an eternity before she finally bothered to seat us. It was a frustrating and unwelcoming start to the evening.Once we were seated, the problems only multiplied. Our server took an excessive amount of time to come to our table, and when they did, they seemed utterly disinterested in taking our orders. We had to repeatedly flag them down just to get a simple drink order placed, and even then, they made no effort to provide any recommendations or assistance with the menu.When our food finally arrived, it was clear that the kitchen staff was just as lackluster as the rest of the team. The food was good but it came back wrong the first time...the second time one of are dishes has a hair in it. It was as if no care or attention was given to the preparation or quality of the food. It was a disappointing.To make matters worse, our server seemed to disappear for long stretches of time, leaving us without any way to address the issues with our meal. We attempted to get the attention of other staff members, but they seemed equally disinterested in helping. It was a frustrating and disheartening experience, as we felt completely ignored and disregarded.Finally, when it came time to pay the bill, we had to endure yet another ordeal. The server brought us the wrong check and seemed annoyed when we asked for the correct one. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to double-check their work or provide even a basic level of competence in their duties.Overall, my experience at Rum Run Runners was nothing short of a disaster. The service was abysmal from start to finish, with a lackluster and disinterested staff that seemed more concerned with their own personal affairs than the satisfaction of their customers. The food was mediocre at best and the overall experience left me feeling incredibly disappointed. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at Rum Run Runners to think twice and seek out a different establishment with better service and quality.

Dog friendly patio, with excellent views, great service and large, delicious servings. I highly recommend. Worth the hour drive each way for date night.

Absolutely killer double Pattie burger!! So Good!! Crushed it and the waffle fries. Coleslaw was perfect! Highly recommend!

The Rum Runner Restaurant and Pub
Food was really good. I got the signature haddock and my husband got the bison burger. Good size portions my fish was HUGE. the only reason I’m giving a 4 star is the service was meh for not being very busy. Otherwise great place to stop and eat after a hike.
