Most friendly people I met at the store, their son always smiling and helps everyone once he gets the chance too. Especially helping the older lady in front of me; he helped her by moving her groceries in her car I never seen this. Reasonable price and good items for South Asian products.

Very bad customer service, a lady at cash counter was on the phone and didn’t say single word from the mouth no greeting no thanks and she was talking on the phone, I called her 2 times for cash out, firstly she ignored and after second time she came on cash counter and didn’t say sorry and she cashed out while using phone put the grocery back on counter and put the bag and bill top of it very rudely. You should know how to treat the customer, there are so many others Indians store and they know how to treat but you don’t. I wish I could give 0 star

I have no problem at all most recently I bought chicken it was spell like this chicken was expired it’s spell very bad I know the owner very well he is a very nice guy I have no problem at all I know all his family very nice people I throw all the chicken I have pictures as well to share make sure when you buy from any beef or chicken just make shore it’s fresh

Extremely expensive place. It was way too expensive compared to GTA. The lady will increase the prices on a whim on the spot, especially if it is the last item in stock.Some stuff has bugs in it like lentils.The meat place is a disaster. It took them 2 hours when I had ordered beforehand and had to wait 2 hours over the specified time when it was supposed to be ready.

AWFUL CUSTOMER service. Store is never open when it says it should be. Come here 8 times. 5 times the store wasn't open. As for weekends? GOOD LUCK!! Prices aren't any better than other stores. Meat is extremely overpriced and of poor quality. You are better of buying from the Halal aisle at food basics or sobeys. Sweets are old and overpriced, go to Rajdhani sweets on Dundas instead... There are better stores with much better customer service.
