Buying fridge, stove, dishwasher, over the range microwave and upright freezer so I went into their store today. Walked past the service desk. Girl on the phone, guy writing up an order for customer. I spent a few moments checking out the appliances waiting for one of them to finish what they were doing and come assist me. They never did. I was the only customer in the store. As I was walking out I was asked if I enjoyed my tour. I got the impression they don't like to leave the service desk. I will take my money elsewhere and get the same appliances, same pricing but a hell of a lot better service.

My mother purchased a whirlpool appliance set from this store in July this year (2019). Upon delivery, a huge stratch down the middle of the fridge door was noticed and they said it would be corrected and replaced within 6 weeks, and to just use the fridge in the meanwhile.Ever since this day, she has been ignored, deceived, avoided and dismissed by the staff. As of right now it’s been more than 5 months and she still has no new fridge door.They have give us many excuses why it hasn’t been fixed yet but 5 months is an unreasonable amount of time. As of right now they are saying that it’s whirlpools fault for not replacing it. We were told to lie to a whirlpool representative over the phone and say the fridge was purchased on a different date because they forgot to put in the paperwork for the fridge repair before the time window closed.I really question the ethics of this business. Avoid this place at all costs. If you ever have a warranty or delivery issue, you will have to fight tooth and nail to even be heard.

We ordered a new fridge and stove may 30,22 when they delivered it July 8 they gave us a fridge we did not order also a much cheaper one that was damaged. The delivery guy left. When we contacted the store they said they didn’t have our fridge yet. They claimed it was a simple mistake and ordered our fridge we paid for. Now it’s August 18 and we still are waiting. They have sold 6 fridges since and have not made any attempt to contact us. We only bought 1. Contractors come first. REALLY. WHERE IS MY FRIDGE.

We ordered all new appliances for our new build. They delivered the wrong stove. When I called they told me they were aware of it however, never called to tell me of the mistake. Not only that but they left a huge scuff on the wall that had to be fixed. When they swapped the stoves they never called to let me know and never apologized about the mistake. I will not be back or recommend to others.

Best customer service I ever received. Bought a dishwasher and the wrong colour was delivered to my house in error. Within 30 minutes of placing my call I had the right one sitting in my kitchen. Very friendly, knowledgable staff, thank you to your wonderful team

Purchased a whirlpool dishwasher here, for 899$ unit worked for 3 months, service technicians came and installed a new motor 4 months later as the part was back ordered, new motor does not work, service tech ordered another motor and the same issue. Another motor was ordered 3 months later it arrived and again it does not work, after some diagnosing determined now the issue is a electronic board for the front of the unit is shot. More then likely back ordered he stated. Issue is not resolved and I spent a grand to use a dishwasher for 3 months. Been well over a year now, service tech stated the unit should be replaced and to call customer service, customer service advised me they have ordered the parts that is all they can do. Hopefully some year this issue gets resolved. Garbage customer service and a terrible product. Would never in my life purchase another whirlpool product. Beyond disappointing.

Staff was nice to talk to, that's all that was good about it. The the stock was awful. We had them check for 3 different end tables and one couch that we wanted to buy. Everyone said that the store had stock but when the staff checked they did not have it at all. Then after we made a purchase we gave them a hour and a half to prepare our purchase. Then when we got there was not even done. Poor service would not recommend.

Great store we bought alot of furniture from them fantastic prices. Staff is great no pressure sales very helpful from sales staff to delivery staff always call before they deliver. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS

I went into the store one evening after work and needed to buy a new sofa as a sick animal ruined mine. I did not have time to wait for one to be ordered so I went into Barry's where they have a ton of stock. I was able to purchase a really nice sofa and have it delivered the next morning. Great service from Justin and love the sofa!

I have bought a washer dryer fridge and stove here in the last few years. I have always been treated well by the staff and have never had any issues. The appliances work great and were delivered to my house.
