Extremely friendly and down to earth. I never felt pressured into signing up for a package and the agent doesn’t make commission from your trip, they get paid by the vacation companies from referrals.

I had a very easy going experience with Concepts in Travel. Our agent was Lisa, who made herself available almost all the time. Even when she was not in the office. My boyfriend and I were unsure of the exact location we were interested in going to so she was very patient about helping us choose. She asked me questions over the phone so she could prepare a list of a few potential places. The resort we ended up going to was near Riviera Maya, Mexico and it was wonderful! I enjoyed every minute and it was worth every penny. The great thing about using a travel agent it that you can give them your price range and they'll find your fit. I expected it to be far more expensive than one of the internet sites, but this was not the case. It's so nice to have an actual person to ask important questions about the vacation itself. Lisa also made it very clear that she would do whatever she could to try to accommodate if there were any nasty storms the day we were supposed to fly out. Fortunately, this wasn't the case, but I know she would have tried her best to make other arrangements.

Just returned from a cruise to Europe. The cruise was fantastic and the places were beautiful but the hotels that were chosen for us were terrible and scary places. Both of these were in Barcelona,Spain. People we spoke with on our cruise that also stayed in Barcelona had real nice hotels booked by their travel agent and ours were in terrible areas and very scary (women screaming in the alley behind us at night, fights etc.) Don't know if the agent got perks from these places but they were the absolute worst part of our trip. Also others got flowers in their cabins from their travel agent and we did not and they were all surprised. Will have to think about booking again

Rena was professional but was not completely clear regarding our preferred club up grade. Our party of 2 couples traveling together to Cancun didn’t want 1st floor accommodations. We had thought we were getting ocean front with hot tub. That didn’t happen. Delta vacations sucked putting it politely. Front the airport driver took wrong turn took 90 min to get to resort. After arriving as a ‘preferred club upgrade’ having us check in separate from our party whom we traveled with. Finding out we were originally placed in 2 different resort buildings, needless to say we were not happy at all. On a positive note the resort on a whole was fine, mostly clean. Staff was excellent. Bottom line never again would we use a travel agent for our vacation getaway.

I love it ! Rena is truly the best she is very helpful and accommodating all the time. I will not go any where else

We booked a trip with Rena the resort we chose first before we booked it I had asked Rena if it had been updated because looking at the pictures on their webpage it looked outdated she informed me at the time at the whole resort had been updated which I then booked the vacation feeling confident that she knew what she was talking a boy until I saw another post with a review of it saying how outdated this resort was. Rena did get us into another resort at an additional cost which again we were told was all update but found out after we arrived it wasn’t. When we arrived we waited an hour and 40 mins at the airport in which we were told by Rena that she had a private van picking us up but they never showed up we then took a bus to the resort. Then spent another 2.5 to 3 hours after check in time to get our rooms. Speaking to our Delta Rep the next day she stated that this resort (Royalton White Sands In Montego Bay) was known for there check in problems and not getting the rooms you reserved (we all reserve red King Ocean View rooms most either got two twin beds or twin and a double in our group of 12). Don’t know if we were misinformed by Rena or she was misinformed by Delta Vacations but either way I expected more from a travel agent. I was then informed after placing a call to Delta Vacations on March 7 we would each be getting a $100 voucher ( not a credit on our cards) back from Delta Vacations they said they had already spoke with Rena and that She should be getting with us and still as of today March 21 we have heard nothing from her. I would never recommend this travel agent very unprofessional. The only thing that was positive about this vacation was the great group of friends we went with and entertainment staff by the pool that we could make the best of the worse situation.

Rena has been our agent for decades. She is amazing and gives our vacays stress free service.

I have had many cruises and land trips from Concepts in Travel with Rena Rowe and i have found that she has gone out of her way to make my trip run so smooth and worked out every detail so that i was not worried about ANYTHING. She explained all of the itinerary before i left on any trip and was very thorough. Thank you, Rena. I have no worries when Rena does my trips.

Awful!!!!!!!!! I can't express how truly disgusted I am at the level of service that Lisa Holmes provided us for our Universal Trip. Will never use this office, and as far as I'm concerned she can lose her job for as many mistakes as she made. She simply didn't not do her job. Reservations in the wrong names, booking our family with seats that can't be reserved and saying nothing to us about this. Absolutely horrible experience. If you want your trip planned right I guess you do it yourself!! So unhelpful, rude and condescending. She told me she can't be an expert on everything. I thought that was your job Lisa!!!
