Excellent customer service! I used this optical store several months ago for my 4-year old daughter’s glasses. A lot of adjustments were needed, including ordering new temple pieces, which required multiple trips to the store. But, I appreciated how much time and care they put into ensuring it was a good fit for my daughter. Also, their lens cleaning spray is the best one I’ve ever tried and I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 years! :)

A sleek and modern store with super friendly staff and a phenomenal selection of frames, including higher end designer options that are hard to find without traveling downtown. Jesse is great! I went there for a new pair of glases, and he is so helpful and chill. We picked out a 3d printed frame, and chatted about new trend and technologies in the field, very informative and knowledgeable guy! My glasses turned out not very well because my eye exam (done somewhere else) wasn't done properly, but Jesse offered to remake the glasses for free. It's not their fault but big thumbs up for excellent customer services. Will definitely return for more. Highly recommended!!

I have used the services here for exams, glasses, repairs and adjustments and have always been thoroughly pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, kindness and level of service provided. I usually have a problem adjusting to new lenses, but I have to say, for the first time , I had no problem with the fit and the type of lens recommended. The quality of their glasses and knowledge of optical issues and resolutions is superior to any place I have used in the past and I have been wearing glasses for 45 years. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.
