The staff are very knowledgeable & share their knowledge. They remember what your hobby is from the first encounter, It's a very laid back comfortable store. They give you space to browse. Answer all your questions & take a genuine interest in you & your hobby.

Friendly staff, good environment. However, they are a bit lacking in the parts department when it comes to crawlers. But hey, if they don’t stock it, they will order most things for you. Their knowledge base around crawlers does seem to be lacking. Mind you, I’ve heard good things about them in regards to other rc types. But in this category, everyone in the shop feels to have the experience of someone who’s excited by, but only semi recently got into crawlers, not so much veterans of the field. So if you have tricky, custom build, or just more technical questions, the internet is your friend. Still a great place for information if you’re just starting out though.That all being said, this is a solid shop with great staff that I will always recommend!

Awesome staff. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Seems they have an answer for every question we ask them. We always stop here when we are in Kelowna. Best selection of parts and RC's. Im always impressed by the consistency in top knotch service.

Went in to look around. Ended up buying a model, some paint, glue and a few other items to complete it. The workers are very helpful and will offer you as much help as you require. In my case it was a lot of help. I was surprised that the prices were all very reasonable. Can’t wait to go back for my next model.

The fellas at ABC Hobby are top notch. I sent them a picture of my disc that hit a tree and miraculously cracked in half. I messaged them asking if they had another I could buy, and were gracious to replace it free of cost. I recommend this store to all.

I came here and couldn't buy anything because the wife was with me. However, the two staff were tremendous. Full of energy and eagerly answered any questions i had.They had RC battle tanks! Man, do i want one so badly.
