What an amazing turn of events at my house. It was surreal. Monday morning Feb 5th, Niagara RoofMasters contact asked me if i wanted an estimate. Sure. I had 20 yr shingles on a 1939 family home that my grandparents and parents owned. He walked through everything that my roof needed. I was impressed. A few suggestions. I signed. He said he would call. Well I got the call that night. They were ready to come in on Tuesday at 8 am. They were there at 7:45. Fearing rain they wanted to have it done in one day. They brought 2 crews. I was done by 12:30 pm. Cleanup was amazing. I would not know they had been here (see photos). AMAZING JOB. They handled all the inadequacies that were done with the previous installation. MINOR but they took the time to explain it. Great team that worked on the house. How satisfied am I. I posted the house pictures on my Facebook account and NIAGARA IS FUN .I definitely recommend them to anyone. Too sum it up I have only two words. THANK YOU for a job well done. .

Thank you RoofMasters! It was the first time we've had to replace a roof and would absolutely have your team over again. My husband and I had a great experience with Sales Manager, David and Project Manager, Ryan. They were knowledgeable, walked us through every detail (before, during and after), helped us understand our options/ associated costs and worked with us to save us money where possible throughout the project. Scheduling for eavestroughs was a challenge due to our availability, their availability and rainy weather but they made up for it by staying in touch with us and with quick work when we did finally find a day that worked. David, Ryan, and trough team walked us through all plans before starting work, adapted as issues were uncovered, always consulted us for decisions, modified things on request and left a clean space. Special thanks to Ryan for being super accessible, positive, and considerate throughout this process as well as the token of appreciation from you and the company!

My experience started off with Derek Poirier. Our roof (shingles) were in bad shape. I called Derek and he came over right away and did the inspection and quote to replace the needed materials/labor for the job. We were quite happy with with the price and service of the company right off the top!However, we found out that the addition (flat roof) on the back of the house was in need of immediate repair. Derek also arranged for the inspection/quote for that part of our home as well.We went ahead with the flat roof repairs/replacement and were pleasantly surprised at the timely and professional experience we encountered. The job was done quickly and, again, professionally! We couldn't have been happier!!!Then it came time to take care of the main reason for the call. The shingled roof over the main house. I contacted Derek, once again, to arrange to have the main roof taken care of. And once again we were taken care of. Not just quickly, but in a very professional manner.Within days materials showed up at the house. And then the crew was there the next day! Again, we we knew we called the right company for the job! The property was clean! My neighbors were happy with the fact that they went onto their property to double check that there was no debris that may have made its way over there, as well.The job was done in a day! How happy do you think we were?! They sent out another of their Roofmasters family the next day to finish up any metal work and sealing required.Fast forward a few months...we had a windstorm that was taking down tree limbs and damaging homes. We notices a piece of shingle on the lawn and, once again, I contacted Derek. The very next day a member of the Roofmasters family showed up at the house to inspect and repair the little bit of damage caused by the storm. No questions asked. No hassle. Just quality service!!!I can't say enough to praise Roofmasters with the overall experience we had with what we consider one of our greatest investments.

We were looking for new siding and eavestroughs for our home and had called a few places for quotes. Niagara RoofMaster was the one we went with. David showed up quickly to take measurements for quoting, go over any questions we may have had and went over samples. Our quote came shortly after and we were very happy with their price so we signed with them. We had been prepared for a wait for materials (supply chain issues still going on in 2022) but were very surprised when a month later we got the call they had the materials and could come by and begin installation. The team showed up and with the exception of one day of rain had our entire house done within two days. They even did a great job cleaning up before they left. We absolutely loved our final result and highly recommend contacting them.

I called Niagara Roof Masters for a roof repair and I just have to say that their service is amazing! Jessica took my call in no time and was very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my questions and was very quick at getting the job scheduled for me!

These guys do a great job, I used to think it was normal for rain to get in my house,but now since they did my roof it’s dryer then a desert! No leaks! to the point that sometimes I stand outside just to remember what it feels like to get rained on…….Thanks for all the help Taylor!

After several quotes from other local companies for Siding and Gutters, Niagara Roofmasters was by far the best price and value. Their service exceeded our expectations. Right from the start with David and his quote and inspections, to Manni and his excellent installation team. Every little detail was carefully thought out, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Before and after pictures provided. Would definitely use them in the future for our roofs when it comes time.

We recently had our roof replaced by this company due to wind and storm damage. They were very efficient and took great care to make sure everything was cleaned up after the job was finished. Thanks to David Clarke for the reasonable quote and to Ryan Toth and the eight man crew that came to do the work! These guys know what they are doing and go about their work in a very efficient manner! Even my neighbours commented that they were surprised by how courteous they worked (No Foul language like you sometimes get with a construction crew).We would definitely recommend Niagara RoofMasters to anyone seeking an excellent job!
