Fermeture éclair d’un sarrau qui brise après même pas un mois, un défaut de fabrication. On refuse de me le changer, apparemment c’est la faute de mon employée qui l’aurait forcé. ( Ce n’est pas le cas) On veut me charger 50$ pour changer la fermeture éclair d’un uniforme qui a coûté 100$. Pourtant, je suis une bonne cliente et j’ai acheté en grande quantité. Propriétaire très désagréable, impolie, mauvais service à la clientèle.

Très mauvais service de la part de la femme aux cheveux blonds plus âgé .Très arrogante et juge les gens .J’ai jamais vue une personne aussi négative envers la clientèle.

Completely different atmosphere from my first purchased a few year back. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They kept all the information in my file and were able to reproduce the same embroidery. The attention to details is very impressive.

The owner has chosen very responsible, new and young staff. They are responsive to your needs and will go to all lengths to satisfy the customer. They keep an open communication either by phone or by email. Their delivery dates are on point with no surprises. They are competitive in pricing and and have a great selection. Their advice is definitely worth hearing since they have a solution to your needs. I've been using them for years and have recently made an order with complete satisfaction.
