Tried to charge for simply arriving at my door and refusing to do any repairs.When I argued and refused to pay due to their lack of knowledge or skills...they agreed to accept half the diagnostic fee.Now I'm receiving emails stating I owe them $78 because they were unable to repair.1 star is more than they deserve.

My 8 year old Bosch dual fuel oven was over heating regardless of what temperature it was set to, giving me error code E115 and locking the oven door as a safety feature. After doing a thorough inspection of the problem, the technician determined that main control board to be replaced. I called Elite on Monday, the technician arrived on Tuesday to do the diagnostic, he ordered the board that arrived on Friday and then he returned on Saturday to complete the work. I am quite satisfied with the work and the speed of service, but most of all the pleasant demeanour and professionalism of Jankin the technician. (work order number :504435)

New to the Ottawa area and I was very nervous about using a company I'd never heard of. No one wants to work on a gas stove, but they will. Their technician Russell was excellent, figured out right away what the issue was, and didn't waste anytime getting my gas stove up and running again. He explained in laymen's terms what the issue was so I could understand. I now have this companies sticker prominently displayed on my stove for any future appliance needs. Nice to know that I can rely on this company as there are so many companies that do sloppy jobs. Thanks so much!

Conan was very professional and knowledgeable of our LG fridge, as two other previous companies were not! He got my fridge up and running and looked over every portion to ensure he didn't miss a thing! We've been out our fridge for a month now it will be great to have it back! I didn’t pick the company- my dryer was still on warranty from Samsung and was leaking all over the floor, so they send Elite Appliances. It took a bit for him to identify the issue, but once he did, he was very efficient at getting it fixed! I would use them again if I had an issue. work order number :493165
