SUCCESS is an excellent immigration & settlement program which helps newcomers to Canada and it's non profit organization.

I want to share that in childminding of success branch 15117 .there is a staff member Diana who is quite rude with me and my kids while I was taking classes in linc6 . she forced me in one week to send my kid to any daycare .As I was already engaged in my classes I couldn't send my kid anywhere else so I noticed that she started giving me hard time .she used to call me in between class just to close the lid of lunch box by saying it's not manageable for her as there are other kids then she called me at times to do the clean up as my daughter didn't clean up if she spread any toys there .several times she call me during class to cleanup when my daughter spread toys.morover she asked me to clean the mat by calling me during class when I already left after snack time as I m supposed to do it at 10.30. when my daughter is still eating and time.is finished I have to leave but they ask me.to sit.more n more after a couple of days. I have given them favor by doing what they said but I believe she is not a good fit for childminding as parents are not happy with her.I have been through a lot by her (Diana)tough time so i wrote an official written complained about Diana so in the next meeting she was addressing that why have u complaint about me she stood during meeting and started shouting over me ......is she supposed to talk like that when someone complaint about her ?and moreover she completely denied in her first meeting with me , the fact when I asked her to put my another daughter in as u have available units .she said clearly sorry we don't take.two kids per family " after a couple of months she took twins in childminding and then I again complaint about her that she misguided me .I went to minji several times to ask about space in new sessions.she used to say no we don't have any space but there was actually so many available units at that time so i have noticed that there is internal politics between minji and Diana they used to ask each other and take kids what they want they don't follow the waiting list at all.I have waited more than one year for Hiba and my first daughter was in already .I have applied for them together .They didn't take my kids together but those who applied after me they took twins together.They were just denying to take Hiba many times when they had available space in Sept when the next session had started.They don't have any valid reason when I actually asked them why they didn't take hiba?Those kids who were a head of Hiba in waiting list who have applied after Hiba they were get in .They have asked me to evict haniya from childminding as diana had objection in January when I asked them to put Hiba . It was just one week Hiba n haniya were together in childminding

I'm not recommending Chance to Choose Youth Employment Program.I was a participant in this program.This program sent me to an unsafe workplace. Chance to Choose Youth Employment Program connected me to Delbrook Wonderland Academy. The workplace were supposed to train me as an office admin. However, the employer of the daycare centre (Gloria Guo) trained me for cleaning training. I quit the job on 1-Dec and I haven't received my salary until today. Unfortunately the program is not being supportive for the situation that they put me trough.Shermin Shamji is not responsible for her duties. She is always complaining about having lots of participants and she doesn't have enough time for you.We need responsible staffs for this program.
