I tried so many great other sites with similar products, but only Format had the coolest templates, super easy edit options and great client support. Great job!

I am new to Format and still in the process of building my website. I can honestly say I love the experience; everything is super easy and you get the hang of it quite quickly! I like how easy is to use the platform and how fast the staff come back to you if you need anything.But there's some features that seems too static and it would be great if they could change them. It seems that the answer is often: I'm afraid we can't do that without changing the coding and we can't help you with that. It might be worth increasing the possibilities of the template then? I think that what I ask are kind of simple things..

Although I'm undecided about going forward with FORMAT for my website due to very specific design requirements we're trying to work out, I have to commend their staff for being quick to respond, helpful with preliminary questions, and honest in their assessments. Very friendly and will spend time to establish a relationship.

Format is fantastic! I love how I can create and design my website via their multiple templates, tweaking and changing them to how I want my website to be.
