TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Horrible customer service and zero empathy. I’ve talked to Shana and Brenda who are extremely lost and locked to the bank bureaucracy. I’d not recommend anyone working with this bank. And please don’t reply saying that your team care about customer and you would like to hear more. The two ladies had the chance to show exceptional service, they badly failed.

This branch has been consistent in providing the worst service a bank branch can provide. Very unhelpful employees and the manager and especially his assistant are even worse. Every transaction they refuse or complicate is done with a smile by another branch. It is like they wake up everyday with a bad attitude that they want to take out on the clients.

1001 Hamilton has very slow customer service. Lots of staff but poor supervision. Staff do not make eye contact with waiting customers and seem more interested in chatting and looking at their phones. I know its sometime luck of the draw when other customers have a lot to do, but I will avoid this branch in the future.

I would nudge you to go to this branch if you’re looking for millennial-minded, well-communicating, constantly professional banking experience. Nora is one of the customer service representatives with a priceless smile. she is helpful, friendly, and patient. while she was in her training period, she was acting professionally. If I have some banking staff to do, I would like to have Nora do it. She provides outstanding customer service. If only every other businesses were to conduct the same level of customer service, the world would be a much friendlier one.

I actually like TD but it seems like this location staffs are not as good as others.I usually use ATM as it’s easy to not deal with people but be able to finish the work that I want to do and one day I had to see the staff. So I did all the paper work with them and the last thing was deposit cash, they ask me to use ATM to deposit when I am now with them. The bank was not busy( I would understand if the bank was busy) and just sounds like they are tired to do deposit money.Also, one of the financial special list made a wrong report from his own misunderstanding(cuz other one actually understood properly)However, some day, some other tellers were very helpful for all the way.So I think this location has some good staff and nonsense staff mixed working.I recommend to use ATM but when it comes to the staff(teller and specialist) its case by case. So I would say good luck. (Not recommend)

By reading the reviews it seems like everyone has similar issues with this branch.Would not recommend at all dealing withSogol the Branch Manger, very rude and disrespectful. Makes everything very difficult.

Remember before COVID when you could deposit money into a bank machine without it even being open? Ya, doesn’t happen at this location anymore. It’s Never open and not convenient which is unfortunate because it’s the closest TD to me. Since when can people not deposit cash into their accounts over a long weekend? Oh ya since TD has succumbed to COVID 19 in 2023.

I am a lifetime loyal TD customer, but i have to say i never look forward to visiting this branch. I usually have to go once or twice a month to deposit some foreign business cheques (because i can't do them online) and consistently there is a wait of 15-20 mins or more. I think this is very poor customer service for a company like TD.

Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful especially Brenda and Aryan, my manager come in to ask them if they can help us replace our order of cheque for our business as i made the mistake of ordering the wrong one. The staff rudely told my manager that it our fault that we ordered and that we have to call td as it not their problem, and told my manager that our cheque is not even from TD bank and that we probably got it from a cheap place like walmart or superstore even though she told them that i made the order through TD online banking apps. Never in my time doing business with a td bank branch that have such horrible and rude customer service from both Brenda and Aryan. I highly do not recommend anyone come to this branch, they don't care about their long term clients.
