Great experience with Assured Automotive - Mississauga East. The staff was professional from the time I brought the vehicle in for an estimate until I received the completed work. Sally was especially helpful in organizing what was required and keeping me updated on the timeline for completion. I strongly recommend this facility for all of your car repair needs.

In September 2022 visited Assured Auto at Maingate for bodywork covered by Insurance. Found the team provided excellent service including ordering parts, worked with rental company and completed the bodywork earlier than promised. Thank you.

Quick and reliable! The team at Assured was so helpful in providing repair services for my Audi. The team was extremely responsive and went above and beyond with customer service. My insurance company has been difficult to deal with and they did everything they can to support me in the matter. Would definitely recommend going here, Sally and team are great!

This is a warning for future customers. I was referred to this place by my insurance, the repair on my truck was estimated to take one week and cost $1800. The final cost was $7703.15 and the repair took four weeks. The bumper on my truck was installed incorrectly and it was missing many screws. I was charged for parts that were not even installed on my truck, also the fender liner was not installed. The work overall was very sloppy and unprofessional and dealing with the staff was unpleasant.

I brought my car here for an insurance claim. The staff were friendly and helpful and did a wonderful job on my car. Can't recommend them enough.

Used to have good customer service, now not anymore. Don't visit unless insurance is covering the bill. Will order parts for your vehicle, charge your insurance and not install them or give them to you!!!!But color matching is the only good thing they have going for them.

I got my Jetta repaired at assured, what a great experience Fabian offered amazing customer service, and also insured me that my car would be repaired in a timely manner. Great communication skills, keeping me up to date on the status of my car. Upon receiving my car I got a call saying it would be ready at a certain time and it was, no wasted time. These guys know what there doing.Thanks Assured!5 Stars !

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH MY CUSTOMER SERVICE!I have a company fleet vehicle that needed some repairs to my back bumper. I was given step-by-step instructions since I first called to book my appointment. The repairs took longer than normal but I was constantly updated by the manager there (David or Daniel I think, sorry) he was very professional and made the process seamless and easy.This was also location literally 5 mins from the Hertz where I got my car rental so it wa Avery quick and convenient to be picked up and dropped off by then.When I got my car back it was in perfect condition including my car being washed and fully detailed, which I hadn’t expected.Normally with fleet/ company vehicles I’m treated with horrible service as I do not provide payment for repairs myself but this time I was truly impressed with their service, bravo!

Heather provided the best service. She updated me timely. She have excellent customer service skill. But I was not happy with service provided by mechanic team as my car was not clean at all at the time I went to pick. It had marks at so many spots and was very dusty. Also they denied to fix it first but they fixed it later . So overall am satisfied.
