Carling Park Apartments

I lived here for four and a half years and overall it was a great experience. The building is very well managed and kept clean. Any issues or service requests I put in were always responded to fairly quickly. Staff are all very kind and pleasant to deal with. The location is fantastic being right next to the transitway and all amenities (groceries etc) are very close by. My only cons are that visitors parking is paid 24/7 (I rarely had to use this but it's still annoying to deal with). You are also dealing with older units, however the rent is very reasonable for what you get. This was a very comfortable place to live overall, would definitely recommend.

I lived there for 9yrs and also worked for the building as an on-call super and cleaner.This building was home to me and the staff were so helpful and caring.

Very clean and good apartment

Showers and bath are nightmare as the water keeps switching from normal to cold then hot and the management says nothing can be done , laundry room is too small ,lots of days there is licking and water on the floor washing machines are small and not good quality ,don't really do good job for the coast ,

Once lived here a decade ago

Clean, well maintained, and bug free. Never had anything remotely resembling any negative issues living here. The prices are reasonable and well within market standards. Location on the transitway is also a huge bonus even if you have private transportation.
