The Robert McDonald Clinic

I have been going to see Robert for quite a few years now he fixed a dislocated shoulder that turned in a really bad case of frozen shoulder he is an outstanding partitioner that really cares about his patients outcomes and he has state of the art equipment and therapist, I highly recommend him.

I was seeing Dr McDonald back in April for roughly 3 or so months and I am extremely disappointed. As I originally went to see him for him to help me recover from a brain injury and he told me that it doesn't sound like a brain injury to him because looking at a computer screen all day doesn't bother me. Also he told me that it will not take 2 years for my concussion symptoms to appear. He diagnosed me with Post Covid syndrome" because I mentioned to him that I previously had Covid. I spent lots of money seeing him and wasted so much time with him. I started seeing a few other doctors after him and they all told me it was a brain injury. All of the information he gave me was incorrect. My symptoms slowly started appearing within a 2 year time period and they were just starting to get worse. Just very disappointed

I was a patient of Robert's from the time when he had a very small practice on Main Sreet in Markham. I had been referred to Rob after unsuccessful treatments in physiotherapy and by a chiropractor.Robert treated my frozen shoulder using accupunture. and other methods. Over the course of a number of years, I saw Robert for other problems, as well.If I hadn't moved so far away, I would still be a patient of Robert's clinic.Today, my shoulder remains pain free with almost complete range of motion.There are far too many good things about Robert's practice, on which to comment , except to say that I would highly recommend him.

I have seen Robert in an attempt to correct a crooked spine resulting from a botched knee replacement 3 years ago. He was the only medical professional who treated my crooked spine and it has been fine ever since.I have a number of health issues and have seen dozens of medical professional both traditional and non traditional. I am returning tomorrow for treatment on another so called incurable condition.Robert McDonald has helped me immensely.A kind ,humble, credible professional

Robert is unbelievably knowledgeable and always a pleasure to deal with. He's been a part of my health care regime for years. I walk in there feeling broken and somehow come out being miraculous healed! He knows how to get to the source of the issue and not just deal with the symptom because we all know where you feel it isn't necessarily where the injury is!

Robert is an Excellent doctor. He has all the latest and high tech equipment. Friendly staff. Im seeing him for a bicep tendont tare that I've had surgery on. Notice a big difference after just two visits. Highly recommended.

Robert is so incredibly knowledgable and passionate about learning new modalities in order to best help his clients. I cannot give enough praise about how amazing he is! I was previously involved in a car accident that left the right side of my body in undiagnosable pain by traditional modalities and after seeing Robert for a few months, the pain has really decreased drastically! Highly recommend him to anyone who has not found any success with traditional forms of healing (ex. physiotherapy, RMT, etc.)!!!

I'm really disappointed, I had high hopes of getting a cure for my chronic digestive disorder. I went to Robert for over a year and spent thousands and thousands of dollars on Chinese medicine, plus the appointment costs, plus gas to get there and back from driving from hours away. I read recently that even if your condition is chronic, you should see some sort of change within the first 2 weeks to a month. I never did. I wish I had read that 12 months ago, so I didn't waste all my time and money. I'm so discouraged because I have gone to so many practitioners who claim they can cure me, but no one has. Robert is a very a nice man, but I'm giving him only 2 stars because he didn't help me, but I'm not saying he may not be able to help others. However, when I emailed him to ask him what else we could do because I wasn't getting any better, he never replied which was very upsetting. I would have expected greater professionalism on that.
