Maple Leaf was able to send a technician to my tenant occupied house the day after I called, they showed up on time and the technician was professional and able to fix one of the issues and update me promptly. My only issues were: I had asked on booking for the tech to call me for a quote prior to fixing anything in case it would be cheaper to buy a new washer, which he did not do. Not sure where that message was lost. They also charged me $292 for less than half an hour of labour, not sure if this is normal but I’m unable to dispute as they took my credit card information on the phone before they would book my appointment. The technician also said while he was able to repair the seal, he was unable to fix the loose door (which was the cause for the seal to loosen over time). So I’m not convinced that this same problem won’t recur, but I guess we will see.

The technician came on time and reminded us ahead of time of his arrival. He checked the washer right away to see what the problem is and found out it was an obstruction from the water drainage. He explained to us the cause and what to do to prevent further damage. All in all we're very happy with the service! Highly recommended!!

Booked at 7am in the morning and someone came a few hours later to help us out with a broken washing machine. Sasha was very professional and timely. Would call them again if I needed something done for the home

We had a broken dishwasher and called this company and we got same day service. Our dishwasher needed a part and our technician was quick to order the part while at our house. While investigating the problem our technician also looked over our appliance to recommend replacing it or fixing it as it is a discontinued unit and if other common parts that break are accessible. the part arrived earlier than expected and they were very quick to call and set up an appointment to finish the job. I would like to send out a special thanks to Yury and Maple Leaf Appliance Repair for great service, and we will certainly use this company again for future repairs.

Noticed my dryer was no longer heating & was not able to diagnose or fix it myself. Called Maple Leaf Appliance Repair and had an appointment booked for the next day! The lady I spoke with on the phone was nice and up front about pricing. Calvin was on time, professional, and very friendly. He diagnosed the problem right away, wrote a quote that was fair, explained the pricing of everything & had the parts in his truck ready for installation. They accept e-transfers which made it easy to pay. He was in and out in less than an hour & now my dryer works perfectly! Would definitely recommend!
