Awesome place to stay with family or who ever. Excellent breakfast options. Front desk service amazing. And amenities are top notch. Five stars all around.. big shout out to Kerry at the front desk. So wonderful and accommodating.

Funky little hotel that is a MCM lovers dream. Yellow toilet and shower and floral tiles to match! Very clean and has a nice pool and serviceable small breakfast room.

Our family had 3 rooms. They were all super clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great!The kids loved the pool and hot tub.The staff was super accommodating and fantastic!Definitely would stay here again.

Clean hotel, quite a nice pool, friendly staff. Basic breakfast but it was fine for us. A nice place to stay for the price.

The hotel is located next to the shopping mall, the room is simple and comfortable, the counter staff and breakfast waiter are very friendly, definitely will stay again.

The hotel was good. I would stay there again if they fix the shower water temperature. The water was either hot or cold not warm.Else everything was great. No complaints.

This little hotel is just off the 97 . Perfect location. It has a pool and hot tub. The bed was a little soft. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. It meets all your needs. Continental breakfast. Lots of amenities close by. I would stay again

Look, the Dilworth isn't upscale and you shouldn't expect that for the price point but there is a surprising amount of care that goes into this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, and they supply a yummy little breakfast in the morning. It's not much to look at from the outside but the rooms are a little updated and there is a balcony should you choose to use it. The pool and hot tub area are spotless and nicely decorated. We'd stay here again for sure. Thank you to your cleaning staff. Our room was very clean and the note is very cute.

Parts of room are updated (carpet) but bathroom was from the 60’s. Door frames and trim are outdated.On a busy street so heard sirens often in the night.Plumbing fixtures didn’t work great. A/C wasn’t perfect.Breakfast was very basic and minimal choice.Way too overpriced for what you get.

We stayed in room 104. At check out we told the man at the front counter there was mold in our shower and he guessed which room we were staying in. I don’t like people cleaning up after me so I always strip the bed for house keeping UNDER our sheet we found hair and crumbs my partner is bald and I have medium light hair these hairs were medium and black. Considering the man at the front counter knew and didn’t care about the mold or the crumbs I doubt any other room is better. Don’t stay within ten feet of this place. They get one star for the lady with the eyebrow piercing being so nice upon check in. However even that was messed up as I confirmed while booking that I could use a company credit card but at check in was told no. The owner or the ladies boss is the one who apparently booked my room and misinformed me.
