Swabera Ali is the WORST banking advisor!!!I visited her at the branch to apply for a mortgage home line. She advised it will take 2 weeks to process the application after receiving all the documents from me. I emailed her all the documents as per her request and she did not even acknowledge my email. It's been over 3 weeks and there is still no response to my follow-up emails or voicemails. She pretty much ignored me. I called the branch to find out about my application status and they said she has not processed my application and they need all the documents from me again. What a waste of time.Avoid going to Swabera Ali!!!

Madam Adaobi is very nice person. As I visited the bank for the 1st time to withdraw GIC and I don't have my debit card at that time but I need money urgently at that time and she helps me and I got my GIC within 10 minutes. 5 stars for her

I try my best not to write bad reviews but sometimes I have to. This branch is totally not professional or organized. It took 3 ppl 1.5 hrs to open a business checking account. Their complaint was the system but it felt unprofessional. Second concern is kamran he was giving that attitude never smiled ones he got zero customer service and zero skills without his colleagues I would’ve stayed there for the whole day. hope they get better and get trained well.

Very obvious to find if you pass by. It is not a hidden location. They provide a drive-thru service.

Such a bad experience at this location!I went the first time to open a business account, the service was so terrible, my appointment was at 4:30, I had to wait 15 minutes to see the person for the appointment. Today it has been more than 20 days since I opened my account, I haven't received my debit card which was supposed to be received within 5-10 business days. I called the customer service number & I found out that they haven't uploaded the required documents in the system to issue the debit card. I asked to at least expedite the process as it was not my fault. It has been 2 days now since I complained and I was supposed to receive a call from the bank to inform me regarding my debit card, I haven't got any call.*Philip Kowalczyk* banking advisor was so irresponsible that he didn't call & apologize for his fault & I still didn't get any response.I will definitely close my account & never recommend RBC bank.

Me and family been clients to this bank for more than 10 years. Staff keep changing but clients are mostly the same. The new manager is extremely rude so is the senior advisor. There is zero respect to privacy and diversity. Also they give me trouble to cash out my own money. Even if customer service said they should do it. The egoism is strong. Bank staff should focus on experience and education not clerk fast transaction.

Front desk personnel are trying to do their best to serve customers efficiently. For me, that would be enough to give them 5 stars. Nobody’s perfect but the effort to try to give their best customer service is barely experienced nowadays. Keep it up!

Currently run my personal and business account at RBC bank. The branch is quite big and offers all major services, including lockers facility.The staff is good and efficient. However, many people have changed over time. The branch is generally not very busy so you can finish stuff quickly. The staff gives you good advise.The down side is not with branch but generally with bank policies. Their new account opening and RRSP opening process is very slow. Business credit card and bank charges rules are not user friendly.
