I read some of those reviews. Discount grocery store really sure doesn’t seem like it. My hubby just paid 18.88 for ROSES THAT ARE ROTTEN. Reason I don’t shop there anymore I pay for food that I end up throwing out my produce only after a day of buying them. I’m fed up with these prices and you all seem to think it’s OK ! This is unacceptable for anyone that lives anywhere but especially for us because we don’t have many options around us. So rotting food and produce is completely UNACCEPTABLE FOR ANYONE

Great prices, good variety, good service, but the quality isn't number one . Some items are very surprising in cost and quality but you have to look. if you are looking to save on groceries this is definitely the place to go.

It's my first time to shop here as I'm new to the area. So happy that food basics is here. So hard to find groceries that are within my budget. Bought a lot of meat and vegetables as they were on sale. Definitely will come back.

Very nice grocery store we found everything we wanted and the prices were decent the store was neat and tidy and well-stocked it wasn't just basic it was awesome!!!!!

Excellent choice of international foods and decent prices. Store is a bit overcrowded and could be better organized. It carries thing I can't get elsewhere so I'm happy with it.

Food and prices as worthy of a 4/5, but their Covid response is very uneven. On the good side, a gallon jugwith a generous pump allows customers to thoroughly disinfect hands on entry and exit. On the negative side, only about half the staff mask properly. Some cashiers tuck the mask under the chin, others show their nose. Several of the staff have been seen with no mask at all. Manager - please take responsibility to keep staff and customers safe.

Would give zero if I could. The one employee I had refused to help me find a medication (cough syrup) and was rude. All I was asking for was for her to show me where in the aisle something was. Rude and will not be returning if I can help it
