I have worked with Patti since 2009 for a destination wedding. The wedding planning went so smooth and was so convenient for all my guests. Since then I have reached out to her for several family trips. In 2014 I was having her look in the Caribbean for us and she found my DREAM trip that I thought I would never be able to afford! An amazingly great deal for our family to go to Hawaii! I couldn't be happier! She is responsive and well organized. I highly recommend her for any traveling. Patti helped us book a family trip to the Maldives in February. She was very transparent with all of the details and worked with us to make sure the whole process was smooth and easy. She was quick to get back to us and willing to dig up answers/solutions when we had questions or wanted to make changes. We had a hiccup with our return flight (cancelled by airline for mechanical issues) and after sending her a quick email, she was able to rearrange our hotel stay so that we would have no problems making our connecting flights. Patti has booked several trips for us in the past and recently helped book a large group trip to Puerto Vallarta in March 2023! Patti has a great knowledge of options and insight into different locations, resorts, and fit for the type of trip you are looking for. She is very responsive to emails/calls and does a great job following up throughout the booking and travel process.

Patti is an amazing travel agent, we have utilized her professional services for years. In the beginning it was for family vacations with our children, now we are empty nesters and our trips are customized for places we as a couple want to visit. Our most recent trip was in Mexico where we visited unique places in multiple cities, Patti took care of all of our flights and ground transportations for 10 days. Every tour guide was exceptional, and each pick up time and drop off location was planned and executed perfectly. My husband and I have had Patti plan our vacations for the past 19 years, and are in the process of planning another trip with her. Once again Bear Tracks did a great job. This time it was a cruise in the Baltic Sea with a side trip to Helsinki and Tallinn. Air travel, transfers, hotels and guides were fantastic. Next trip the Paris and a bike and barge is all set to go. Patti has never let us down.
