Heather is a wonderful instructor. She is positive and easy going. She provides excellent constructive feedback and encourages students to paint, paint paint! This class provided a variety of artworks and Heather gave useful demonstrations.

Perfect location for me from Milton. Was on a Art workshop with Jacintha Krish! I have taken many of her classes and will keep coming back for more.

I took art classes here as a child, even got to sit for one of the life painting / drawing classes. Then joined as a member to take advantage of the Friday morning open studio painting session! Great group of people!

Just finished a beginner's Watercolour workshop with instructor Diane McEntee. It was so much fun and Diane is a generous, knowledgeable instructor.

I really enjoyed this class. Each week we progressed and improved our skills. Heather provided excellent tutorials and tips throughout the session. Looking forward to the next session with Heather!

Enjoyed the course!!I didn't have any experience in Water color painting. I joined the beginner's class and now enrolling into the advanced the class. The instructor is good and patient.

Heather is a patient, kind teacher who finely balanced teaching introductory skills, while challenging us to discover and expand our natural creativity. I loved that everything really could be bought at the dollar store!Heather crafted lessons that were engaging and fun and our time together flew by.

Tritan is a great teacher and an amazing artist. I highly recommend anyone at any skill level to enroll in his classes, you will not be disappointed! He is very personal and demonstrates one on one with you on your canvas with the materials you are using. Thanks again Tritan! See you in the next classes in September!

I have just finished my second art class with Susan DelBianco: it is a beginner class, no prior knowledge or special talents required, but Sue knows how to bring out the best in her students, and we all ended up creating amazing paintings! She has some of them on her instagram susandelbiancoart, for all to see!I love spending 3 hours at my class every Monday, it is time for myself when I can explore colour and painting techniques and learn from Sue and other classmates, so I will be back again in her class :)

FRUGAL ARTIST PAINTING CLASS WITH HEATHER DEHAAN.Heather took on the Zoom challenge of giving people new to painting a chance to learn some basic skills. Heather has been able to successfully connect with us and using technology, teach us painting skills. Her teaching style takes us step by step through the process of painting a picture. Looking at the proposed picture prior to each class, I felt I would never be able to paint it. Yet with Heather's guidance I did manage to do the painting and in fact feel quite good about them. She clearly explained each step, answered questions and provided feedback on adjustments to make. I was usually not able to finish a picture during the class time so worked on it later in a relaxed and enjoyable time, applying the knowledge and techniques learned during class. Thank you, Heather, for new skills learned and now enjoyed.
