Quite disappointed with both the flower arrangement and the wording on the card. We drove over 4 hours to attend the funeral at Erskine and expected to see something a bit nicer for the amount we paid ($168.00).

Cindy created the casket spray for my Dad's funeral. Given it was a busy weekend for florists, she improvised and communicated with me until we were both happy with the results. Thanks Cindy.

Fabulous Mother's Day bouquet! With COVID I wasn't able to visit my mother this year, and the flowers made her day.Thanks to staff for their care in creating the arrangement, and for the seamless delivery.

I have to change my review to a full 5 stars!I was surprised to be contacted by the owner of the shop after I had left my original review regarding the quality of a flower arrangement I had ordered to be delivered to a friend. She asked how she can make this right and was so professional and accommodating and friendly! She is also fantastic at communicating promptly which is great. You don’t often find customer service like this nowadays! She delivered a new flower arrangement today and it turned out beautifully!! It was more than what I had hoped for and my friend said it definitely brightened her day!I would definitely use this florist again and my friend who received the flowers was very impressed too!

Cindy put together the most incredible bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding. We are definitely a more particular couple, and with planning our wedding from a distance, Cindy worked with us over phone calls, texts and visits to the shop to make our floral vision for our big day come true! We would definitely have Cindy do our wedding if we had to do it all over again! Thank you so much for the great experience you gave us, we truly appreciate you!

Do not rely on Panda Flowers online services. They will take your order and send a confirmation even if they do not deliver to the intended area and it takes several days for them to respond to email inquiries. My mom missed out on Mother's Day flowers due to their faulty online ordering system! I would recommend not using this company.

I have had excellent experiences here for the last 10 years! The staff are polite, helpful, and friendly. As for the arrangements and gift baskets - beautiful and plentiful. Thank you Stettler Flowers for making our cherished moments with family, even more wonderful.

The website ordering was a breeze to operate. I appreciated the ladies calling and making sure it was ok to swap out some flowers that were out of stock. Always kind and polite. Not to mention, the arrangements were beautiful.

Great service and gorgeous arrangements, wouldn't shop anywhere else for my significant other!
