Judy was fantastic in coming to quote for our move, friendly and up-front. The movers were on time, friendly, efficient and very careful with our belongings. Bonus that or move took slightly less time than anticipated and cost a few hundred dollars less. Highly recommend.

Really great guys!The day I was scheduled to move was a very bad snow storm.Judy assured me the movers would still be there. The movers showed up at 11am right on time.They worked very efficiently and effectively. Not once did I see them on their phone or standing around. The two men communicated well together and safely moved all my items with no concerns.They placed mats down to protect the floors and had everything done in about 3.5 hours (two bedroom home).I was moving to another town, they did not charge me for gas or mileage strictly the hourly rate as quoted. I am very satisfied with the service I received and will use this company in the future.Thank you Ace Moving!

This company is a joke. The movers were rude and broke things and when we tried to voice our concerns to the owner , we were just blown off. They never offered to replace broken items of compensate us in any way. Sometimes the cheapest place is not the way to go. Stay clear of Ace Moving

Absolutely disgusting. Moving company with professional movers? I think not. This company damaged 90% of our belongings. They even left their breakfast garbage in the unit with our belongings which lead to an ant infestation. Thinking of hiring movers... look somewhere else. I have provided pictures of my experience so it does not happen to you. Stay away from this company as they have no respect for even kids toys. Even the way our belongings were packed in the locker was beyond belief. My kids crying because their toys were broken. We also have alot of our jewelery and collectables stolen. Im saving you the heartache and pain. Choose somewhere else.

my grandmother sold her house booked with these movers. on the MORNING of her move they did not show up. when my aunt, who was staying with my grandmother to help her, called them after over 2 hours of waiting, they said the had to cancel. her medication, food, phone, clothing EVERYTHING was packed. she had no where to go!!!!!!!! they are awful!!!! they said they tried to call her the day before, her phone was already disconnected and packed. they did not care what happened!!! they said one of the movers had covid, but he was never tested!! they said they were trying to find someone else and that they would call back, its been 24 hours and sill no call!! good thing i found a moving company who was fantastic, called movers unlimited, they were there within 2 hours of me calling them, worked all day and were amazing. SAVE YOUR TIME AND EFFORT AND YOUR MOVE AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEPLE!!!

Would have given 4 stars as the move was pretty smooth but……..I now have a shelving unit without any shelves as they never came with the shelving unit (or were left on the truck I’m assuming) and is now useless to me. I’ll also add that the movers were the ones who packed the shelves so they definitely were not left.I have tried to contact them and they have not answered me, but were quick to cash my cheque!

What a shady business owner this Cody guy is.Clearly he is very untrust worthy and uncaring of his customers stuff. Don’t believe a thing this guys says and double check your stuff didn’t get damaged. Sure makes me wish I would have called copsMay not have a file now but you will after court for being an incompetent driver that clearly doesn’t care about ur customers or anyone else for u to pull out in front of me when u made a left turn and caused me to hit mailbox. To avoid collision then promised to pay for damages and then nothingAs I said can not be trusted

Wish I had read the prior reviews before calling this company. I advised the lady Judy of the exact job that needed to be done. She assured me it is no problem and that her guys do that all the time and should have it done in just over an hour. I sent my dad to the house to open the door for the movers and they show up only go to the main floor and then say we don't do this kind of work and then wanted to leave. They moved some stuff into the pod I had rented didn't put the furniture in first and started loading boxes then through some furniture in and left without telling my father anything. One of the guys they had hired to help, said by to my 76 year old father and that's when he realized they were leaving the job un finished when we had a live load and only 2.5 hours to load the home. I called all three numbers and no one was answering. My father begged the one guy to stay back and he did, nice Jamaican man from the area. After an hour of my dad doing loads with this man, I begged the driver of the bin to come back and help out because these heart less ass holes left a job they claimed to be an easy one cause it was to hard for them, for a 76 year old man to do. Shame on you and you should not call your self movers. Had that one guy not stayed back and that driver not helped we would have been screwed.
