So far our dealings with Lotus have been very disappointing and dismissive. We haven't even fully moved into our property and are already getting 'the run around!' Firstly I have never ever rented a property and have not had it freshly painted secondly the cleaning staff they employ are absolute jokes, and the 'repair' person is just as disinterested and oblivious. I am completely stressed out because not only am I packing and cleaning the residence I'm leaving while working a 9hr day job out of town but have had to paint and clean the residence I'm moving to...because apparently 'property management ' just means collecting the rent!

We were renting a house for a few years and never had any problems. We were very lucky to find a great man, Tejram who is professional, polite, super friendly and always helpful at any time when you need him. We only moved out because we bought our own house. We highly recommend Lotus Properties to anyone looking for a place to live, I assure you that you will not be disappointed.

I have rented with Lotus going on five years now. Literally anything we need is provided at the drop of a hat either the same day or as soon as humanly possible. Lotus is attentive, quick to rectify issues, trustworthy, courteous and kind. What more could you ask for from a landlord?

I’m extremely disappointed with Lotus Properties and with Tej in particular. My girlfriend and I wanted to get a place together, and she already rents with lotus properties so I thought it would be a win-win to rent our place together from them. Instead, Tej has been very uninterested and dodgy as soon as I brought up the fact that my girlfriend is currently renting one of their properties already. After numerous attempts to get ahold of him about the application we submitted, he kept forwarding our calls and if we did manage to get ahold of him he would promise to review our application and get back to us “As soon as possible”. In actuality, he never got back to us so we ending up renting a property from another company and moving into it shortly after. Now, we’re in the process of trying to get ahold of Tej to remove my girlfriend from the lease at her old apartment. As you can already predict, Tej is still impossible to get ahold of. Leaving this one star review because quite frankly, I’m flabbergasted at how unprofessional Tej has been with my girlfriend and I. If you’re reading this, do not rent from Lotus properties, thank me later.

The best Property Management Always prompt on service and Very Kind and Respectful Managers specially Tejram . I have been living in Goldenrod Lane since 4 years now and I am very grateful and happy with their service. I would suggest if plan to move or rent a house Lotus Property Management is the best.

The team at Lotus is fantastic! As a first time renter I have had a really great experience over the past almost 2 years. Very professional, responsive, genuinely care about their tenants and homeowner clients. We have had a few situations come up and the team has been prompt to respond, provide guidance where needed and ensure everything was okay for us. I would highly recommend homeowners to use their team, you can be confident that they will ensure that your home and your tenants are cared for!

I've dealt with Landlords and Property Managers my entire adult life. It's unfortunate that I may never own my own home; however, as a tenant, I have never felt safer, more respected, more protected and happier than I have ever been, than when I first rented a Lotus Properties home. Working with Lotus Properties, I have never been made to feel like an income-bringer; instead, I'm treated like a valued, respected business partner. Any issues (very rare) are dealt with, or assessed and arranged to be dealt with, within 24 hours. Lotus Properties has gone above and beyond for me, and for as long as I remain a tenant, I hope to be a loyal Lotus Properties tenant.
