The Crack Specialists

We've used the Crack Specialists to deal with water coming in through two cracks in our foundation. The team was responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. This spring we noticed a little water coming though the older of the 2 repairs (~7 years old) and they sent Melanie out the next day for free with absolutely no quibbling about the Warranty. She arrived a few minutes early, and was both friendly and professional while getting the job done.She recommended some remedial work outdoors to reduce the risk of this happening again and will send us a quote, but didn't pressure us to buy from them or make the warranty contingent.

We had several cracks in the foundation of our home to be fixed before we finish the basement and when Clint, Erik and Mitch arrived early I was impressed. I felt more at ease when they explained what was going to be done, how long they would be at the house, and if there were any questions that I had. I found the crew to be very professional, friendly and courteous. At the end of the day, I am grateful that they did such an awesome job fixing everything for us. Great job guys!

Prompt, tidy service. The crew is very knowledgeable about the foundation crack repair that they were doing. The vertical crack looks very well sealed. I'll certainly have them back if I have another foundation crack.

Had these folks do a 25 foot French drain and sump pump install on our 1880’s house. Everyone I dealt with, from the quoting, scheduling, and actual work - they were all lovely to deal with. Personable, great attitudes, and they finished the job faster than on schedule. They walked me through the job at various stages to help me see the work, and had a great attitude the whole time they were here. Melanie and her coworker (Clint?) were super jovial and a pleasure to have around for two days.I’d easily recommend these folks. Wes delivered a very honest quote, even suggesting I not go ahead with a more expensive option after trying to understand my needs - I felt like he priced things very fairly.Very happy with their work!Edit: I needed them to come back for some followup work (which was included in the original quote, but by my mistake completely, didn't get finished). Melanie and her team came back in short order, and got everything finished up. So - even after the fact, these folks are great to work with and will come back to help you whenever needed!

I had then come in for a warranty repair for a job that they completed a couple of years ago. Even though it actually ended up not being an issue with the previous repair, the technician Melanie Rose was super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Plus they cleared up some small issues and it didn't cost me anything. Would definitely recommend if you have a basement leak. 10/10 service!

Wes did the estimate and was both knowledgeable and clear about the work that needed to be done. Clint and Alex repaired five cracks in my foundation this week. They arrived fifteen minutes early, worked as if they were doing repairs in their own homes. The office staff was helpful and answered all our questions. We were extremely pleased from beginning to end and would not hesitate to recommend this family owned company.

Our home inspector recommended that we monitor the cracks on the foundation of our home. Although the cracks didn't look too bad to me, I wanted a second opinion. So I called the The Crack Specialists, who performed a courtesy inspection on our property. Their recommendation was to monitor the crack, but immediately deal with the window well which urgently needed to be replaced, or else we would have a flood after the snow melts in the spring. Our home inspector agreed, so we immediately made an appointment. I met Ty Jankura and The Crack Specialist team this morning who were very friendly, and they got straight to work. They kept me updated on the situation, gave me great recommendations, and once the job was completed, they cleaned the entire area. The job was professionally done and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend their services and I'm grateful they saved me from what could have been a flood in the basement.

This has been a first great impression of the company. We got a referral from the previous home owners. Alex and Roman filled a crack in our foundation and serviced our window wells.
