TD Bank – Help & Advice Centre

Amazing tellers and customer service reps who are kind, responsive and hardworking. However at the end of the day they have the WORST branch manager. BM is unresponsive, not polite, abrasive and does not follow through. Most importantly is not responsive or client oriented. .. I used to visit this branch and will not step in again. Keep this up and you will lose customers.

Almost gave up on TD after 30 years after so many bad questionable services at other branch. However, Tanya Laughlin at the Bell Corners branch, showed me that good customer service that still possible. Honest, caring, and informative. Awesome.

My fiancé and I just went to the bank to get bank drafts to put pay the down payment for our first home. We were assisted by Chloe Schroeder. SHE IS AMAZING. She was super friendly, asked us about our home, shared her experiences, gave us advice, and of course helped us with the transaction. She was also very patient as I didn’t really know what I was doing. I simply gave her my phone with the info and she took over from there. She is now part of our first home purchase journey and we couldn’t be more grateful. She really made our day. Merry Christmas Chloe :)

Got acknowledged as soon as I entered the branch.Appointment started right on time.Joshua - Financial Advisor, very knowledgeable and helped me understand the RRSP investment.

Don't work with Joshua Faigan. Dishonest, horrible at communicating and keeping you in the loop. does not answer emails or telephone calls. I had to call the Branch manager several times, who had to force him to take my calls. He tries to push the Banks agenda rather than giving you options for you to choose what you want. He had 1.5 month to get me a mortgage before the closing date and failed to do so, he was extremely resistant to give me or lower variable rates altogether. He bought as much time as possible to push me into a fixed rate to the point I could not get a variable rate on time to meet the closing date. This was a very stressful experience and will never deal with these ppl again. I tried talking to Rejine Verdon (the Branch Manager) but all she could do is get me in touch with Joshua.Update 2020/04/22 I managed to work with another Advisor Stephanie Melbourne who was great at listening to what I wanted and set me up with a variable rate at which today I am pleased to have taken. I now understand why Mr. Faigan want to push that fixed rate onto me. The above rating is my experience with Mr. Faigan. Working with Stephanie was a great experience

Terrible experience.Branch representative tried her best to help me. She did make multiple calls to corporate to assist me but she couldn't find anyone at corporate willing to help me. I was left with the impression that the employee culture at TD corporate is toxic.

These reviews are not lying. I was going to call the branch manager but what for. Went in for an investment appointment with Chloe" it started off bad by her telling me I didn't let anyone know I was there (which I did) 15 minutes later I get walked into Chloe's office who was very unprofessional

Wow horrible! And very RUDETwo of the tellers wore the same outfits!???6pm July 14 at Bell's Corners TD.The tellers were on the phone while the customers were lined up? I was unfortunately one of them. Her wicket was open, she did not greet me but literally ignored my presence.She actually sat there for 15 minutes with a phone in her ear blankly staring at the window while 5 people were in line??? Not even acknowledged a customer was there!Since when do tellers ignore clients at the bank to take phone calls or to make phone calls?Must be a new thing.Then the only other teller available tells the other person that had been sitting there for who knows how long, that she's on the phone (the person she spoke down to was black) I feel the teller discriminated against her.I have never seen the likes of this in all my lifeWhat is going on here Toronto Dominion Bank?"

Nice clean, modern, and open location. Staff are friendly and prompt to return phone calls. I have been in for banking service one and the lady who helped was knowledgeable and made logical recommendations. Overall happy with this location.

Having had a somewhat disappointing experienced with a td helpline employee, our negative experienced was turned into an extremely positive outcome with the help of branch manager Mr. MACLEAN at Bells corner TD branch. This explains why we have been extremely happy with our TD bank for the last 10 years. Thanks TD and Mr. MACLEAN.
