Rebecca is probably the nicest person and technician I have ever met! She is so patient and friendly throughout the whole process, she also educated me how to maintain my sink system so hopefully I would never run into the similar troubles. All in all me and my family are lucky to have her.

We are having clogging drain, Millie was sent by the company to try to help us to fix the problem. She was friendly, explained things clearly and performed the work professionally. Though our drain can not be cleared yet so far due to something need to be fixed specifically, Millie told they would sent a camera technician to come over to help to find out what causes the problem. The work they provide this time will not be charged. I like the honesty that the company displays toward customers. And thank you so much for your coming and your hard work Millie!

My toilet was clogged for days on end not being able to fix it because I had to work long hours.Anyways! Called there folks and they sent me a technician Millie- a lady! What a wonderful surprise.She did some magic in there and kept updating me.Overall, good service and would recommend.

I had Bing come out to clear the main drain line of my house. He knew exactly where the stoppage was. Used his camera down the drain to show me and snake to try to remove it. Unfortunately it was rubber ducky toys down the line (tenants-grrrr) and he couldn’t chew it up But wouldn’t charge me anything after he spent all the time because the job wasn’t completed he said. He had no idea there was toys in there. Neither did I. Because of Bing, I will be a lifelong customer and share with my friends this amazing company. Thank you for your time.

We decided to go with Sewer Squad based on reviews but we’re super disappointed. We thought having a technician rather than a plumber would save but we were very wrong. We had three small jobs taking no more than 40 minutes each and it cost just under $2000. Workmanship, cleanliness and professionalism of the tech was good. I tried to use their website coupon but was told it’s for “larger jobs”. Buyer beware. We learned the hard way.

I'm a repeat customer as I have been impressed of the 2 separate works done years ago. This time it was a toilet problem; the technician did the diagnosis, offered a couple of solutions; explaining the pros and cons of each plus the pricings. Once the option had been confirmed, the technician started working immediately. It didn't take too long and the job was done.
