Bahay Kubo Restaurant
Points on creativity when it comes to elevating Filipino food. We ordered the longganisa lumpia which was fantastic. We also ordered the chicken inasal bao and spam fries too. The leche flan beer was good too. This is more of a sharing plates style restaurant, so portion sizes aren't much.The restaurant design is nicely done and the ambience hits the spot.

I had the Char Sui Pork Belly, but I asked for the vegetarian replacement for the pork and they were so accommodating and offered me a tofu replacement, and it was honestly the most delicious tofu I've had in my life. The place is adorable and the staff were so sweet.

The food is delicious the atmosphere beautiful the staff great! Just don't go expecting to fill your tummies at a cheap price. The food is pretty expensive for such small dishes, however they are very tasty!

The food is good, however the serving is really small. I paid 14$ for 3 pieces of cube cut pork belly. I think I would come back if the portion of the food is much more reasonable

The atmosphere is amazing. The food tastes delicious but the portions are very small for that price. Try lemonade and steak tacos, that was my favorite option.

The food was quite impressive! Ordered the sous vide pork belly and the kinilaw for the two of us. Both dishes were fresh and well made; has a sense of constructivism with traditional Filipino and young contemporary flavours which I think would definitely diversify the culinary scene in Winnipeg, especially for people who isn’t familiar with Filipino food.Booked a reservation for the evening, but still a lot of open tables, maybe because of the cold weather. Would love to experience another dine in during the summer time.Overall, it was exceptional.

I had a private event and dinner here and was blown away by the venue and the authentic design. It is seriously so awesome to eat there!
