FAST Repair

Sept 2022 I had a rental property LG All in One (2012-ish) unit not working and the machine locked full of water.Called Fast Repair and made an appt 2 days out (my end was limited to a certain day so could have been sooner).They accommodated me for a time and day. Day of repair technician came 1 hour into the slotted timeframe, diagnosed the pump as suspect, replaced and did a test run. Lucky the tech (Adam) had the parts/pump on hand. The Technician was excellent.Overall, my tenant is happy to have a quieter laundry machine. I had a good seamless experience and would recommend this business. Thanks guys!

We came back from a 10 day vacation last month to a leaky 12 year old Whirlpool washing machine. Fast Appliance Repair was there within hours but unfortunately the part was special order and we were told 4 to 5 weeks delivery. I received the same lead time from two other appliance repair companies. It was repaired exactly 4 weeks after the initial call and has been working well for 9 days and probably a dozen loads. Alex was very professional, polite and knowledgeable.

Alex was very skillful and professional. He fixed the fridge in less than 20 mins. Spot on diagnosis :)Highly recommended

We were very happy with the service we received from FAST Repair. Victoria in the office was very understanding and helpful and set up an appointment for us right away. Adam the technician was prompt, personable, very knowledgeable and was able to fix our microwave problem right away without having to order any parts or incur any additional expenses, which was much appreciated. We will definitely be calling them again for any future appliance repairs. We will also recommend them to family and friends and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs good, honest, reliable repair services.

I was very happy with the service I received. They came in the next day after my call to fix my washing machine and diagnose the problem. They did not have the part so they went and got it, came back and installed it. It took a couple of hours and they did not charge too much. My machine works now.

I recently had an issue with my refrigerator, and after a quick search online, I came across Fast Appliance Repair”. From start to finish

Never ever go ahead with this company as they would scam you for your hard earned money.Called this company for my Avana Dryer repair for an issue where clothes were stucking in my dryer was charged $80 for the diagnostics which I totally agree and was told that the dryer needed drum rollers and the cost of repairs would be $272 and $80 diagnostic would go towards repair.Go ahead was given for the Parts to be ordered and Technician came on 27th Sept 22 and fixed the rollers ,dryer is making weird screeching sound after the parts have been replaced. Technician and the manager have been telling me that the broken frame has been making this sound(which I was not told about at diagnostic visit or before putting the parts,was told only after the part was in)Side note:Tech put the parts(drum rollers)and tried to make it work and the machine made a weird banging sound which i assume that he didn’t put it right and that could have broken the frame.Not sure though.Few questions and answers I have received:Q:why i was not told that the frame is broken when the technician came at the very first diagnostic appt?And why I was not told when they saw it before putting the parts as well?A-frame was okay when tech first came in and we(customer)might have broken it in 2 weeks in between waiting for the parts.And tech would only get to know about the broken frame after putting the parts in and making the machine work.Q2.would it go away over a period of time?A-tech said it would go away and manager said it will damage the frame and the rollers again and I should pay for the frame ($240) If i want to go ahead with fixing it.Q3- Tech has caused the damage as when he tried to make the machine work after putting the parts in it made a banging sound like the drum was not sitting properly.A-not possible and we (customers) might have broken it before in 2 weeks of time while waiting for the parts.Q-I would not have gone ahead with the repair if I would have known it will make a weird noise every time after replacing new parts.A-we wouldn’t know of the secondary issues and if anything comes up after that’s not their reponsibility.95% of the times it never happens but 5% it can happen after putting the new parts.It’s not about losing my money but it all about ethics and I have been told to do what ever steps I want to take in reporting this to anyone.If I would have been told at the diagnostic time I likely would not have gone ahead with the repair but they didn’t tell because they wanted to make their money.Anyways stay away from this company who make money by unethical means.

Extremely happy with this business. Adam, the technician was very polite and knowledgeable. It took a while from assessment time to find the parts needed, but they were found and installed quickly. So happy to have my oven working again after a month. Wait for the parts. thank you Adam, and fast appliance repair.
