Place is clean and nice. Staff is very nice and friendly. I had my spa pedicure and they definitely pampered my feet. This is now my go to salon.

We decided to try this place for the first time for a pedicure. I got a young Caucasian girl with no name tag. She really has no idea what she was doing. A 5 year old would do a better job... I asked at least to clean up dead skin on my heels. She did somewhat. As she was cleaning dead skin got all over my feet. She didn't even try to get it off until I asked her to deal with it. And as the nails were not cut straight I asked if this could be fixed. Instead she just left for the next customer and left the boy to finish it off for her. He tried and asked what I didn't like, as if he couldn't see for himself though he was trying to fix it.... I started telling him,but he spoke so very little English. I also don't think there was anything that needed explaining.... The nails spoke for themselves... I gave up. No, I cant recommend this place.

I had a good experience a few years back so I returned 3 times.. 2 for gel polish and 1 to finally take it off for good, but all 3 times they used grinding tools to get the gel polish off my nails to save time instead of soaking them. They have RUINED my nails. They are so thin, they have bumpy white patch marks all over them, they are so thin I have to constantly cut them as short as possible because they bend backwards now. They are going to take almost a year to recover from the damage . Could have been prevented except they Grinded my natural nail with it. They were strong before this. On top of it, my gel polish both times only lasted 5-6 days before chipping and peeling off. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

I had my nails done recently, the young man who painted my nails made one nail bleed and sliced another one open which has been hurting for two days now. The nails chipped shortly after I left. I went back to the lady to get my nails fixed. Later that night my nails chipped again. I paid extra $15 for chrome and the chrome is chipping off only a few hours after. I don’t recommend the salon cheap products if it can’t hold for at least a few days.

They booked me for an appointment at 3:30… 4:10pm and I was still waiting. I was put in a wax room and while I was waiting for my appointment, they filled the chairs with more clients and got them in. Waste of time as I walked out.

If you are looking for a salon to make your regular visit this is the place. Alice has done my eyebrow waxing for years and they always look fantastic, I won't go anywhere else. Everyone there is always so nice and friendly and puts up with all my crazy colours even when I'm being high maintenance. Also, my nails always look exactly the way I want them to and if there ever is something that I'm not happy with it is fixed without complaint. Most recently Kimmy did my nails and they look so cute and she was so sweet while doing them but Alice always does an amazing job when she has done them before. I've been going to this salon since it opened and I don't have a single complaint, every single employee I have come across is professional, personable and great at what they do.

This isn’t to bash this salon, just my experience.My friend and i stopped in here to get gel nails. Overall, the nails looked good and the lady only cut me like twice but i was fine. My problem came more so once the nails started coming off. My nails were super red and have really deep markings in them. some of my nails on the deep marks are dark red and hurt to touch. my nails were done long before my friends, even though we got almost the same thing, so i figure the lady who did mine just rushed through with mine. just a warning if you have sensitive nails i guess.
