I have lived at Longwood Landing since it was built. The apartment is safe and clean and well kept up. The staff on site and over the phone are fantastic. Jennie is amazing and always approachable. Very happy here.

If I could give a 6 star review instead of a 5 star I would. The building is clean and well cared for, staff has been great, especially Jennie, she is a sweetheart! Friendly people and a great location.

I’ve been living here for over 2 years now. Jennie has done a great job as the property manager and is always available for any issues. The community garden is a great place to relax and hang out. It’s close to trails and a lot of amenities. Would recommend the property to anyone looking to rent a place in the area.

Highly recommend Longwood Landing. It’s in a great location near parks, groceries, gas, shops and quick access to main roads. The building is kept immaculate at all times inside and outside and it is very quiet. Dogs were allowed, I don’t own one, but I rarely heard any and clean up was never an issue. The building manager, Jennie, was fantastic and very easy to communicate with. I really enjoyed my time there and am only moving out because I’m moving to the mainland.

Nothing but grateful for Longwood Landing. Dog friendly, tenants are quite accountable to their pets mess. Everyone is friendly, quiet and we all have a community feel. Jennie our property manager is nothing but pleasant, helpful and truly cares for the people. They put on events, seasonal prizes, celebrate special tenants, community gardens and reasonably priced.

This is a great place to live! We have a kind and attentive office manager (Jennie) and staff. The building is well cared for and tenants are respectful. Also, the location in Nanaimo is fantastic. :)

My wife and I lived here for 2.5 years. At first it was just the 2 of us and our dog but a year and a bit later we had a baby. The appartment is pet and family friendly and it was perfect for us as a younger couple just starting our family. Jennie the building manager was amazing and always helpful and easy to talk to! She keeps the building in great conditions, it's a safe clean building with some cool up to date features. It's also a Great location, close to many amenities.The reason we left was because we wanted a bigger place for our baby and for our growing family. If we didn't have these plans we would still be there!

As one of the first tenants at the Longwood Landing I have found it an absolute pleasure to live here. Management, Jennie Mackenzie, is excellent at her job! She is always quick to help with any extras needed for myself and other tenants, and always with a smile. The building is always kept immaculate and has a good reputation in the community. I have really enjoyed making connections with my neighbours in the building, and there is a great sense of community here. I'm very proud to call this home.

We have absolutely enjoyed our time here at Longwood Landing. The building manager Jennie has been a huge part of the experience and she is great at her job. She is very kind and helpful, she always makes sure to greet us if our paths cross. The building itself is in a great location and is very clean and is secure and safe. The environment is calm and comfortable as the fellow tenants are lovely. Being pet-friendly was a huge bonus! Thank you Longwood Landing for providing us with such a great experience, we are very sad to be leaving as job opportunities have us moving to a different area.

I lived at this property for a year and loved it, I only moved as I was leaving for a job opportunity in a new city. The building manager, Jennie, was my favourite part of living there. She was always very reasonable and pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. The 24/7 service line was a god-send, any issues that I had were tended to immediately. The people in the building were very friendly and neighbourly and I always felt like there was a sense of community there. The building itself was also very clean and well kept. I also love that the building is pet friendly; being able to find a place that allows pets is tricky, but this building is set up so well for it. They provide dog baggies at each entrance and had a dog run outside which was perfect for my little pups. 10/10 would recommend this building for anyone looking :)
