I went to this palace for oil change but ended up with injectors changed and other work done with bill over 20k (invoice# SB5000523) and came back on road with oil tem problm which was going on 240. 250 went back they again diagnose and told to change tem. Sensor and thermost when there tec. Came back from test Drive Temp. Was on 230.235 he went inside and asked foreman (which i think is untrained) he told that 230 235 is normal Temp. For mx 13 so i came back on road within in 100 km paying them money again the problm was not fixed temp. Again was going on 240 250 so i went back again (loosing days from work) they again diagonse my truck and now they want to change oil cooler.and Larry servise Manager told me they are trying to change thing so they can find a problm they still dont know that oil cooler is the problm they are doing experiment on truck or making their untraind stuff trained on othet peoples truck and grabing huge amount of money From peoples pockets. Larry says we start changing stuff from cheapet thing what ever the part is and goes up from there untill they know the acual problm.

Been using these guys for parts and service for 28 years at the south store. And now at the Balzac location. Always good, prompt and accurate with all parts orders. Service is always what I ask for plus very good advice for maintaining my trucks with all these new mandatory government emission programs good advice is paramount to preventing very costly bills in the end. Without listening to their advice when they offer it my trucks would end up costing me a lot of money. Keep up the good work.

Hello to all trucker i request dont get your truck repaired from them, they worked on my truck engine cost me 36k just after two weeks i have to spent another 20k as they said they dont give any warranties.
