Love the Vegan options as dairy isn’t my friend. I usually get Vegan Banana or Vegan Strawberry with Strawberries and Nutella or Rochers and Nutella. Staff is always friendly and genuine. They are great! I would post a pic but always eat it before I remember to take one, haha. I would like to see them come out with Vegan Vanilla hint hint ;).

Ice cream taste really good, and staff are nice. I only gave ut 4 stars coz the wait was long. We probably waited there for 30 mins? Or more... I'm bot really sure but I understand that there's a lot of people. I just feel lile I waiting wayyy too long for an ice cream.

First time trying this out. By far best, freshest, Icecream out there and a fair price! Fruit is super fresh. Staff is extremely friendly. Better than any other ice cream stores around! Definitely will be back. Thank you so much!!

This place never lets us down. Great quality icecream and if you have an issue with dairy they have more than a few options for you to try. They're a local business that you should support often.

We always have the best experience at this location. Last year during our summer break our Ice Creams were made faster and they really taste good. This year (which I didn't have the Ice Cream because I wanted DQ lol), My older brother and my sister ordered the ice cream themselves and we had a great experience again and their ice cream tastes great again. I would highly recommend to visit this location during summer breaks or when you finish school.

I just visited the vendor on Fort Road with my daughter and her friend and I definitely would not return. They have zero hand washing policies in place it would appear, as I watched one take off his cap as we walked up and adjust it as he touched his hair and then proceeded to the work area to await our order. The second took our order handling the computer and the interac machine and then proceeded to go directly to making ice cream. A third employee I watched walk over from the Value Village area and when she got in the stand and did not immediately wash her hands, but started shifting one of the carts around.A new customer walked up and ordered ice cream as well and the same employee who took our order served her handled her $20 bill and still did not wash his hands as he returned to making our order. I discussed with my girls about safe food handling and proper hand washing procedures and asked them if they'd return here and it was a definite no. So if you don't care about hand washing, it's kind of cool how they make and roll the ice cream, if you do I'd highly suggest you do not visit this vendor.

My girlfriend and I love this place!! Perfect treat on a hot (or cold) day! We love the matcha, brownie, and chocolate syrup combo.

I love that they are close to me at this location, my kids love to customize their icecream with the with their favorite flavors. I also like trying new combinations everytime. If you haven't tried it you should, and they have selections for vegans too. Canada day buy 2 get one free is a great deal too.
