General Staff is awesome but the mechanics are NOT the greatest, they rush through jobs. Over the winter of 2021 we had a water pump failure 2016 f-150 5.0 xlt and they charged us a decent amount of money to replace the pump only to return the truck to us few extra problems. The thing is my grandparents have been dealing with ROBLIN FORD/CARDEAGER FORD for over (55 years) and now they are (scared) to ask them to (fix) they’re mistake because some of the mechanics are loud mouths. The engine light is currently on. The vacuum lines are broken and look melted together as a cheap alternative fix, also one vacuum line is held on with zip ties slightly melted. The water pump they originally replaced has also started leaking again and all the coolant was runs out once a month. If you look in the past post’s on Roblin Ford Facebook page of winter 2021 they were looking for a journey man mechanic to lead to garage. I still think they are looking for a journey man mechanic to replace to one who sabotaged my grandparents truck!

Great service dept, great sales dept both are always willing to go the extra mile to make the vehicle ownership experience a good one. Had warranty issue with Ford Canada and Keith was willing to pay for it, i fought with Ford and they ended up covering it, but the gesture from Keith was greatly appreciated. Wont go anywhere else to buy my vehicles.
