I contacted Albany regarding rebuilding our shower in our ensuite after we had had a leak and I am so happy that I entrusted them to do the job. I cannot say enough good things about them! Everyone that we worked with treated us and our home with the utmost care and respect. They were all polite, respectful, professional, and congenial...I was sad to see them go! Special thanks to Joey for all of his guidance, product choices and his constant communication that made the entire process go smoothly and to Mike who gave great advice during the process that resulted in a shower that we rave about!

I've recommended Joey & Kim to a handful of satisfied real estate clients, and I'll continue to do so. Their expert knowledge has helped me a number of times in the field - I can often text a photo of work to be done and expect a fair quote in short order. Last summer we had a patio and retaining wall built. This spring a small fault in retaining wall was discovered. Joey replied to my first e-mail saying he would schedule something. Since then he has not replied to repeated e-mails. Service after the original install is non-existant. EDIT TO ADD - since my first review Joey has finally got back to me and arranged a satisfactory repair to my retaining wall. I have amended to 4 stars as Joey would have had 5 stars if he had responded to my concerns in a timely fashion.

Dealt with Joey from Albany 3 times in the past 2 years. They re-finished my front porch with flag stone. Retro-fitted my bath tub in my washroom with a new shower insert, glass doors and safety bars which I needed as walking is quite difficult for me. They also rebuilt the retaining walls on my driveway. All the work was done very well. All the workers showed up on time, were clean and cleaned up at the end of the day. I am giving a 5 star review for a number of reasons. The biggest however was when I had a small issue with the grout in the front porch Joey had his guy back over here the following week to address it. Also, not the cheapest but I think you get what you pay for.

Had Kim, Joe and their crew do our front porch project, our gutters and our garage door. All the workers were polite and did an excellent job. Would use these guys again in a heart beat!

We are very pleased with our front porch reconstruction/repair. Albany managed to accommodate our time restraint, and made suggestions to improve the overall look and accessibility to our home! We love the updated look to our home, and have gotten many compliments! Well done Joey and team!!

We had Albany redo our gutters and down spouts. Always andwered the phone when we called or called back right away, which was refreshing. They did a very nice job, they helped choose a new colour which turned out perfect. House looks very nice and we have no more leaking like we used to which is why we had them do the work.
