It was nice experience with bolton kia. I had ordered kia sportage 2023 plugin hybrid. Sales person Sam was very professional. I reached out to him several times before delivery of the car and he responsed it well. One thing i didn’t like about them is adding extra 5k package on car which included absolutely nothing. I would have been happy if that package had few good things.Good thing is that they delivered the car in a month which i was in need.

Sales team gets 5 stars!! But buyer beware. If you buy a used car from them, they don't care if it's in good condition or even safe. Service team gets zero. Sold me a car without a horn. Gave me a lot of excuses when all i wanted was for them to ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY for selling me a faulty vehicle and fix the problem. Hyundai, on the other hand, helped me and were so friendly and professional.. read all of the reviews, not just google. Many people have had this experience. Bill, the manager, was very helpful to deal with. Just go straight to him to avoid a terrible experience.

I usually come here to change my oil on my 2020 forte and decided to inquire about getting a bigger car, I didn’t think I would be able to get a suv let alone a brand new 2023 suv. I dealt with Raza who was not only able to get me into my new suv but they also were able to get me a significantly lower interest rate, from 19% to 7.7% (granted I’ve been working on my credit). I picked up my car on the exact day he told me it would be available. And has even checked on me to see how things are going with the new car. I just would like to say thank you very much for the excellent customer service and how hard you all worked to make sure I got what I wanted. My experience was definitely one to remember.

I went there on 20 feb and done a deal of kia forte 2023 with LIAM and he said me you will get your car with in 2 or 3 day and today on. 3 rd of march i still didn’t get my car and whole team making excuses for delivery of car now today he say me you get your car after 2. weeks later that approximately near 17 march. so after all this i have to cancel my deal today after listening their excuses ans I get VERY BAD EXPERIENCE from there
