I went in yesterday (16 Oct 17) and had an above and beyond experience. I was looking for a new pillow that supports my neck, as I was in an accident a while ago and have chronic pain when sleeping. The saleswoman was amazing at picking around 8 pillows for me to try, also on separate beds to simulate my own experience on my bed at home. I was there for around 25 minutes and she was helping me with spinal alignment and walked me through the different types of pillows and other people's thoughts on them. She was pleasant and informative and patient. I recommend this place to anyone.

I went here awhile back to buy a new mattress! I think the lady who helped me with my purchase her name was Stephanie I think.Anyway she went out of her way to make sure I got the best price and free delivery (as long as they didn't have to set the bed up) overall I think she saved me if I remember correctly at least 120-150 dollars in fees delivery and giving me the online store price over the floor model price which I found amazing, great customer support great selection and pretty fast delivery I only had to wait like 36 hours for my bed.Great job guys!!!! And Ralph is really good too!!!

Wonderful service that went above and beyond all expectations. Ralph really went the extra mile to make this purchase feel like the smart one, even securing a mattress from another store so it can be delivered on short notice. Hand delivered by him I might add. Just wow. I'll be going back for all my sleep needs.

There are so many options to choose from at this location, I thought I would be a little overwhelmed in choosing what would work for me. Ralph is really knowledgeable and narrowed my options very easily. Ultimately, I bought a super comfy mattress with Ralph's good advice and helpful service with confidence that I have landed on the best option for my budget.

I have to give only one star for the quality of the mattress. It is not even, and it feels so strange and uncomfortable while trying to rest and sleep. It is depressing. I left a message to Sleep Country on Bank street. I did not mention what the problem is, I just said I would like to talk to the vendor of that store. Again, the one star is just for the quality of the mattress. The vendor is wonderful and so kind and professional. For sure it is not his fault the mattress is not of good quality. ...I have to measure the box as well, to make sure it is even.

Walked in the Trainyards location looking for some assistance. The first rep offered help and I said I was looking for a mattress for either my guest room or my room (and I would move my mattress to the guest room). She asked me what size I was looking for and confirmed that they have Queen size in most mattresses (duh!) then said to let her know if I had any questions before walking away. After looking at all the mattresses in the store, none offering any information on them, the second rep asked me if I needed help and I said I had no idea where to start. She shrugged, giggled and walked away. Wow, thanks! There was one other person in the store for part of the time I was there, so it's not like they were swamped.

I went in to get some info about different types of mattresses as I'm looking to buy a new mattress. There was only one staff on the floor when I visited, I believe her name was Natasha and, despite the fact that she was the only employee, she did a great job being very thorough with the information while, simultaneously helping out all the customers in the store. I feel like I am a lot more knowledgable about what I need to help with my sleeping in terms of mattresses, pillows, sheets, etc. after speaking with her. She told me lots of incredibly important things that I was unaware of when it comes to what I should be looking for and what is critical to have. I would definitely recommend coming here as the customer service is fantastic and you will learn lots of useful information to get the best product for you.

Ralph was very kind and helpful, was able to give me all the information for my new mattress. Awesome customer service!

Staff is nice and knowledgeable, great in-store experience. But the delivery sucks… make sure you get rid of your old mattress AFTER the delivery. Otherwise you might have to do some camping in your house for a few nights.
